SILK Laser Clinics Prospect

I am very happy with my treatment at Silk Prospect and the advice given by my clinician. I would 100% recommend this clinic.

Unhelpful receptionist who clearly doesn't have the time or energy to take calls. Life advice - find another job not client facing as this is not the job for you.

I visited the clinic yesterday was 5 minutes late, staff person didn’t treat me well even in other times when i am earlier 10 minutes i have to wait for more than 5 minutes as per my appointment timing. She mentioned that i am late so she has to hurry, no humbleness, not welcoming. I told her its my first time, didn’t even offer any post care products, neither has mentioned any post care dos and don’t. I have to look online to get that. I personally asked her that last time i went there she recommended I have to get the post care serum, no product was offered neither she is aware what to be used after micro-needling.

Even before I had the laser treatment, this could be my 5 treatment never experienced the blurriness in vision, she mentioned that it happens, i have got dry eyes after that and suffering vision problems.

The only reason behind visiting to prospect clinic is because its near to my workplace, after treatment I can just go home directly.

But i think now to have to move to a different clinic as there is lot of difference how other staff members treat their clients.

Google has asked for rating, and has the restrictions that i have to give at least one star they don’t even deserve that too.

The reason I come to this particular clinic is due to the wonderful services and treatment results I have from the nurses. I was hesitant returning after finding out nurse Danni have left but the new nurse Carina was amazing. I love her personality, honesty and she is very professional and good at what she does. I will definitely come back to see her again.

Absolutely a horrible place. They make you waste your money. They say your sessions are expired and that’s all they do. All the money you spend goes to waste on ‘expired session’.

I understand that but it was never made clear to me when I bough my sessions. Hence, why I was unaware there was an expiration date. So if anyone plans of using this clinic please think twice.

From booking my appointment to coming in for it, Alicia made me feel right at ease. With comfort and care my session was over before I knew it.

I have now been seeing Cher for 8 years now and couldn’t recommend her anymore with botox & filler, she done outstanding at looking after my face and keeping it fresh and young. The whole team at silk are so lovely and welcoming ️

Deb at the Prospect SILK laser Clinic is by far the most amazing beautician I have ever had. She is attentive to detail and genuinely wants to make sure you look and feel your best. I adore her work so much that I travelled interstate to see her when I was living away. She is always careful, thorough and gentle. I cannot recommend her enough. She definitely is an asset to any clinic she works at and I am so thankful to have found her.

Aleisha is always very gentle, and she checks in with how I'm going. Silk at Prospect is great.

I have been going to silk in Prospect for over 10 years and could never go anywhere else. Cher always has time for a chat also helpful with any skin issues that I may have concerns about. They are always up to date with new treatments and products and the staff are so very helpful.

Could not speak more highly of Virginia at this practice! Made me feel so comfortable and is very knowledgeable, you know you’re in safe hands. To attest to this, I now drive 40 minutes just to go to this particular clinic to have Virginia as my technician.
