SILK Laser Clinics - Marion Westfield

Every time I have been to Silk (Westfield Marion - near Aldi) I have been impressed with all workers and have been very happy with the treatments.

Quite disappointed with the treatment I got here today, mostly because of the wait. When I came in I was happy to wait 10, even 15 minutes until I noticed MUTIPLE clients coming in after me then being taken in before me. About 35 minutes in I decided to say something to the admin lady (who may of just forgotten I was there altogether?) asking if I could go next as a lot of people had come and gone after me. She said I was next, then as I sat down the nurse took in yet another client that had come after me! I ended up waiting 50 minutes for my appointment which really frustrated me. When the nurse came to get me she apologised for the wait and I explained to her that multiple clients had come in after me and been looked at before me and she just brushed it off.

Think I’ll go to Glenelg clinic next time.

I saw a girl named Sam for some Botox and fillers downstairs and she was great I’ve seen her twice now and always amazing results and last longer then I have anywhere else. She’s very knowledgeable and lovely! Highly recommend

So upset and disappointed today. I had an appointment at 4.50pm. On arrival I asked if they were running late, and was advised they were not. Mind you, I would not have been bothered if they were, as I could have walked around and came back. I waited for 20 minutes then to be told by another staff member that they are running very late today and it will be another 40 minutes. This place was fantastic when it was Australian laser clinics, and is not the same anymore. I wont be coming back and will follow where Sladana has relocated to.

Kristen has been our silk laser girl for all my treatments over the years. Kristen is absolutely fantastic & I can not recommend her enough she is the kindest human & you get outstanding results, she is dedicated to making her clients feel comfortable & working with them to achieve any results they may desire.

Kristen is absolutely amazing! She is the only therapist I entrust my 2 girls - 12 and 15 to perform laser on. My 15 yr old has major sensory issues and from the very beginning she has been empathetic, respectful and patient with her and gained her trust which is a massive thing for her. My 12 yr old was also instantly comfortable with Kristen. She's an absolute asset to the company as well as being a lovely person. She's also the only therapist I trust after having a one off reschedule with someone else who was rough, didn't take note of the settings that had been used throughout my treatments and left me burnt in very sensitive areas.
I would recommend anyone with teens neurodiverse or not that are looking for the absolute best person to provide laser treatment. Collectively all 3 of us have been seeing her for a few years the 12 yr old she started last year once she had turned 12)

Krisel is an amazing technician, I specifically request her for my laser treatments and I will likely seek out other facial skin care related treatments in due course.

Sending all my praises to Krisel, she is professional, relatable, efficient and careful! As a client, I feel extremely comfortable and the process is very easy to follow. She is the type of staff member that makes these clinics comfortable to go to!

I have been visiting Lauren for a little over a year and a half for anti wrinkle and filler treatments.
Not once have I been disappointed with the results. Lauren has always exceeded expectations with her work and I highly recommend her!

I did the Botax injection for forehead and excessive sweating. The nurse applied the numb cream and It was not painful. I am happy with the results.

I have seen Monica for my appointments a few times now and she is amazing.so kind and very thorough
