Had an amazing experience. My partner recommended me here. I got the 60 minutes thai full body oil massage and my therapist was Gayle, she did an amazing job. She was very patient, amazing technique and worked really well on the sore spots.

Have come here for many years and never have a bad experience. They know all the little nooks and crannies and find sore spots you didnt know you have. The tea at the end is always a nice refreshing pick me up too. Definitely recommend

Had a terrible Aromatherapy massage there, unfortunately.

I booked a 90 minute Aromatherapy massage here, after reading good reviews and having a nice 30 min reflexology earlier in the week at the city branch.

The environment was nice, and the oil used felt nice, but the masseuse had absolutely no technique or consistency. She did not ask what kind of pressure I preferred, and didn't ask if I was comfortable etc throughout the massage. She would often poke, prod and dig her fingers and thumbs into my back and sides.

I often go for good quality Thai massages back home in Sydney, but this was not the case. The next day I felt bruised and sore, which is never usually the case for me - even after a more firm massage elsewhere.

I wanted to enjoy this place, and I'm hoping that other staff there offer a more quality service, but that was not my experience.

Enjoyed my supposed 30 minute foot massage, but actually only 20 mins massage! ️ They include the foot wash and additional 5 minutes preparing you within the 30 minutes. I have never experienced this in other Thai and non-Thai massages/spa centres. I told the receptionist at the end, but she wasn’t really interested? !

Thank you to the professional and caring staff at Siam Retreat North Adelaide. I appreciate Natt's skills and technique, it was probably the best aromatherapy massage I ever had. My room was clean and warm. Will come back again

Booking with wrong massage store, never having any problems with in Norwood siam store. They always give me the best experience.
However in here, forcing us to pay the 50% of money to secure the appointment. And ask all my bank details including my three digits security number. I refuse, forcing me to purchase a gift voucher. I been state I am really happy to pay the money by online transferring to secure my appointment. Still forcing me to purchase the gift card and refuse to refund it. Been report to SA consumer affairs. Worse experience ever.

I booked my massage 3 weeks in advance because I wanted to treat my partner and I for our anniversary only for them to incorrectly key in our booking details into their system. This is the first time we've both had a massage together and it was disappointing to say the least.

Our slot was for 1.30PM and whoever that took our booking entered it as 1PM in their calendar. I even showed them the confirmation email that was sent to me in which they admitted it was a discrepancy on their end. When we arrived, they said that they could only offer a 30 minute session as they were fully booked that day. After we were done, they assured us that we would be compensated for their error and that they will reach out to me. It's been nearly two weeks and I've heard nothing.

This whole experience has just left a sour taste in my mouth.

Love the Thai massage for a recuperation and relaxing start to the working week. Always on my feet at work so a massage is a must as often as possible

My friends and I felt satisfied with their body massage + facial treatment. They really put the right amount of pressure - you can ask for it to be more gentle if you want to. After facial, finished off with neck massage. Felt very relaxed upon drinking their hot tea.

I had Bella as my massage therapist. It was one of the best massage I have received. If you like to be in a relaxed, professional environment. I highly recommend this place.

A definite must! Lovely double room for twin massages. Thoroughly relaxing with tea afterwards. ️
