It is a non oil massage that is performed with clothes on.

I can't recommend enough. Firstly, I was presented with a very warm welcome which is always an added bonus. The massage room was comfortable and clean and the service was just what I was looking for. All my sore points were targeted and I walked away feeling a lot looser. At the end of the massage I was also given some advice on how I can target some of these spots myself at home on a daily basis. I will be coming back.

First time massage with Kyoko after my partner's recommendation. Very thorough, professional and friendly. Great experience. I don't usually write reviews, but I am more than happy to write this review for Kyoko and Kagemusya Remedial Massage! I have been going for weekly remedial massages for around 5 weeks now. Prior to this, over the past few years, I have been for other massages as well as chiropractic treatments for various body issues and pain, and I can honestly say that Kyoko is the best massage therapist hands down. Over the past few weeks, I have been feeling improvements not only with my stiff muscles, but also with my body alignment, blood circulation and back pain. Kyoko is really skilful, she really knows how to locate muscle stiffness and release knots and tension, and she has really been helping to correct my posture and body alignment more and more with each session. She is very attentive and focused while massaging, no wasted time or distractions, and she also gives me good advice on how to maintain and correct my posture, and examples of stretches which I can do at home to assist in my healing. Kyoko really puts her heart into her work, she is a lovely, delightful person and the place is really clean and hygienic as well. After so many years of feeling frustrated by treatments and don't work, I am so relieved, happy and confident that with Kyoko's help, I can finally be completely pain-free, comfortable and healed!

I was lucky enough to find Kyoko after searching for a shiatsu massage therapist. I haven’t been someone who has regular massage but I’m now someone who has a weekly massage because Kyoko knows what she is doing- all the points- very often I find I almost sleep which is unusual for me. Im so glad I came and tried a Japanese massage with Kagemusya Remedial Massage. Only shiatsu massage i ever had was from a machine.lol. Kyoko is great at what she does and I highly recommend booking session (s). After my session I was refreshed and relaxed. This is the most incredible massage I have ever had. Kyoko seemed to know exactly where I was sore without even telling her and I walked out feeling amazing, relaxed and fantastic afterwards. I received a gift certificate as a present for Kyoko from my parents who raved about her and I will definitely be going back.

Ever since having my baby and working I’ve been so tired and my body, exhausted. I’ve been going to get massages and I still feel tired. I decided to try getting a Japanese massage because of the positive comments. I feel so relaxed during and after the massage and when I went to put my baby to sleep at night I fell asleep with him for 12 hours, did not charge my phone and did not even realise I fell asleep until my partner woke me up. I have been coming here for a few years now.
I've tried Thai massage, Balinese massage & Japanese massage is far the best.
Very warm and welcoming from the first time I ever arrived.
Always feel relaxed after every massage.
I do a lot running & boxing and I wouldn't dare go anywhere else, you have a customer for life.

Very good techniques for releasing tensed muscles plus she knows where to focus on. I highly recommend it.

I love Kyoko’s technique of massage. She knows what she is doing and her work is definitely 5 star grade. Highly recommend trying her! She is also the loveliest person! And will let you know what may be the cause of your specific sore muscles, pains etc. I’m now a regular!

It was a very pleasant and professional experience. First time having a Japanese massage and exceeded expectations. I called at short notice and was advised Kyoko could see me within 40 minutes on a Saturday late afternoon. Having had massages in the past where the masseuse might be a little heavy handed or seem like they are in a rush, I didn't know what to expect but got a very nice massage that was not rushed, wasn't too heavy or too light and was very relaxing. Whole body massage was just that covering head, face, back, legs, arms, hands and feet. Decent price for what it was and I have paid more elsewhere for less. Kyoko and her husband were very welcoming, friendly and hospitable during my visit and I'd highly recommend getting a massage here and will definitely become a repeat customer.

Kyoko is professional, knowledgeable and very caring. She listens and works with your body, not against it. I felt super dooper safe and relaxed during my shiatsu massage and I want to come back regularly. Such a great price too!
