There is a very rude older rather large lady that works here during the day. She is not welcoming and acts annoyed when serving the customers. I was here the other day and I witnessed her swearing when she saw customers walk in. I didn’t appreciate the foul language and thought this was unprofessional conduct.
I have had issues with her demeanour and bad attitude.
Please avoid this station as she is horrible to deal with.
Coles, you need to move this lady on or terminate her employment.
Not suitable for customer service and a poor reflection on the Coles brand.

Friendly staff and always something on special. I live down the road so have been walking up to go here since I was a kid. I have gotten to know almost everyone who works there. It’s not hard because they are friendly people. They have a good selection and always something on special. Often cheaper then the supermarket.
Makes petrol out to be more dangerous than it really is wouldnt let me fill a 2 litre bottle as i was stranded on the side of the road.
