Very poor customer service as employee don’t know how to do customer service very rude.
Guy at the Desk - Khem definitely needs some training. Not in Hospitality; that will be too much for him. Just basic mannerism training will help. It is important to provide good customer service if you want customers to come back. Shell probably needs to look into it else with the pricing that they have, it will be difficult to survive with competitors.
There was a negative review because it looked like a worker didn't wanna be there. HAH! You're absolutely right, he doesn't wanna be there. Get real you princess.
The staff need training on what customer service is, no greeting, not even a “is that all for today” or “have a nice day”, just a blank look saying they really don’t want to be there, rude manner and sour face. I am disgusted on how rude the older lady is and will not be returning.
