Their GPS are incompetent - we received incorrect scripts and incorrect dosage. Always after more money from the patients. Now asking for money for COVID vaccine as my relative is not a citizen of Australia but has been living here waiting for residency for more than 3 years. Medical negligence at its worst.

I'm going to this Doctor surgery & hoping get somewhere with the Doctors.
Having problems with my right knee and leg for 9 months now.
Hoping this Doctor can fix it soon cos over the pain.
Yesterday the 24th Of February 2021 I was in so much pain at the back of my right knee and this big lump on my right thigh.
This lump is getting worse and it's getting bigger on my right thigh NO IDEA WHAT IT IS.
Had MRI this morning the 25th of February now waiting for the Doctor to ring me back with the results.
That why I'm getting second opinion getting NO WHERE at Reynella medical centre.
Wish me luck hoping get some answers soon. Thank you Sue

Rude receptionist!
I had stiches in my foot, put in at Flinders ED
Was told by them to book in at my local GP to have them removed.
When booking my appointment the lady snapped at me and said, you should be going back to who ever put them in, and made comment that the cost should fall on them not us, and there will be a gap you need to pay.
I have no problem paying to have them removed. But the fact that this out of touch receptionist, expected me to go back to Flinders and clog up the emergency department to remove stiches is unbelievable.
I ended up canceling my appointment and finding a nicer surgery to deal with.

I've been attending this surgery for several years now and seen most of the doctors. The staff are always really helpful, the practice is clean and tidy and appointments are always available at short notice. Often I don't have to wait long in the reception for my appointment and there is always parking available out front. 5 stars.

After several years of attending this practice when it counted they let me down.
Now let me explain.

Saw one of their doctors who prescribed an incorrect script. Possibly because their system may not be up to date but only they will know this but when presented to the pharmacist they immediately advise me that this drug prescribed has been removed for a long time and should not have been prescribed as when the prescription was written they would of seen that this drug has been removed.
Now in an attempt to rectify this wrong I made a polite request for a doctor to call me to discuss this error and rectify this.
So two hours go by and several calls explaining that the phone is in my hand and hasn't rung. With ASSURANCES that the Dr will call. NO CALL, THE PHONE DIDN'T RING.
Now I am left severely depressed, my mental health in severe escalation and in extreme pain.
Now you may say go to the Hospital ED. Well I've been twice had the tests sent to the practice and then advised by the Hospital Dr to see your local GP Exactly what I did.
NOW LEFT WITH EXTREME PAIN, MENTAL HEALTH ESCALATING FRUSTRATED THAT WHEN IT COUNTED THE DOCTOR AND THE PRACTICE LET ME DOWN.
Now that's this has happened I sit here frustrated, angry and contemplating what my next step may be to action.
Not a good way to end.
During the course of the following hours I received several incoming calls so to say we tried to phone but couldn't get in touch is merely an excuse as no problems my way.
Think twice.
Goodbye.
