Sfizio Cucina e Caffé reviews
69 Visited this cafe a couple of times when I was in the Norwood area. Very spacious place with outside seating available. The inside area is very nice and bright. Situated on the corner of The Parade and Osmond Terrace, the cafe is set slightly away from the busier section of The Parade. The cafe was not very busy when I visited the first time to have a coffee. On the second occasion it was a lot busier and most of the tables were occupied both inside and outside. Seems like a popular spot with the locals. Had a foccacia with salami, olive tapenade, bocconcini and tomatoes followed by a coffee. You place your order at the front counter, provide your table number and pay in advance. The service is good, prompt and your food/drinks are brought out to your table.
Definitely a cafe to visit if you are in or around Norwood.
Noisy environment outside. Coffee was excellent. Food is OVERPRICED. Everything looks was very well presented, but sadly some food tasted bland. Tomatoes - always a high flavour point in most Italian venues - had no taste at all! Could they be less generous with basil / garlic? Disappointed. In fairness, did not have pizza which people tell me are very good. Buongiorno still BEST ON PARADE
Lovely bright and modern setting. Great wine list. Good food at reasonable price. Great meeting place. Friendly staff.
My mother-in-law had her 60th birthday here and we had such a good experience with exceptional service and food! My mother-in-law also had great things to say about the venue: "Sfizio on Parade, the best venue for a small function celebration. The food was extremely good, all guests were impressed by the quality and the quantity of dishes provided. The service was impeccable, the staff were very helpful and friendly, even when we had a mishap and spilled water on one of the table clothes- the table was cleaned and table cloth replaced with no fuss or bad feeling. We had a wonderful celebration today and many of our guests are planning to book Sfizio for future events - thank you very much Sfizio staff for a memorable celebration! We will definitely come again" ️️
One of the best pizza houses in Adelaide
And the rest of the menu is as equally as good
Love going here and quality never lets me down.
Great staff great food great venue.
Do your taste buds a favour and chek it out
I like this place, can always score a carpark out back and a table, staff a very good and so is food and service give them a try when you finally get sick of driving round in circles further up the Parade.
Staff were lovely. Food was pretty good and well priced. The poorly mopped bathrooms with dried boogers on the wall put me off the rest of my meal.
I loved the ambience and the coffee.
How can i forget to mention friendly staff as well! Thanks for having us!
The food was delicious and all the drinks coffees and desserts were perfect too. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and we had a thoroughly great experience. We were a large group and everyone had a great experience
Had a wonderful afternoon of coffee & cake here, such welcoming and accomodating staff members made it a fabulous experience. Thanks!
Have been there a few times for afternoon tea. Prime location. A great selection of sweets and desserts. Nice outdoor sitting area.
Went there for the first time tonight, very average had a chicken parmigiana chips were soggy no sauce on the parmigiana, lot of food been left on the tables from other people wont see me back
Nice food and coffee. Could be a more particular with Covid spacing and cleaning. Very noisy for some of us with hearing issues with so many hard surfaces.
This cafe/restaurant on the corner of Osmond Tce and The Parade in Norwood has been through more name changes than Cary Grant's character in Charade. But as far as offering reliable pizza, pasta, gelati fare in an inviting atmosphere, it maintains its standards regardless of name. A rose by any other name.
Winter winner.phat chips, pescatore pizza and a bottle of Italian red for two. Chips extra crispy and the pizza topped generously with seafood on top of a tasty gluten free base (I know that seems contradictory but for gluten free it was tasty). It gets busy inside but if you rug up there is always a seat outside under the gas heaters.
Amazing staff! From the moment you walk in they are so attentive and friendly. The menu is extensive and includes yummy vegetarian options. Highly recommend the rosemary roast potatoes! The main meals were absolutely delicious also. Absolutely recommend this place!
Was going for 2 stars but blame Uber and the delivery driver for the cold food as he made a stop along the way, adding 15 mins. So 3 stars.
Pizza was great, just stone cold. The staff added ZERO chilli even though it was stated for both dishes. The marinara not so tasty/bland. Do you even use garlic?
$63 not so worth it. Perhaps I will aim to eat in and edit my review
Excellent service &food amazing, very busy Sunday night & nothing was too much trouble, coming back Sunday again after the footy
Staff are efficient and don't try to make themselves the centre of attention when placing an order on the table - unlike in many other Australian cafes whose untrained staff don't have any clue about that aspect of table service.
The environment, the service are all good and there are many delicious food. In particular, we loves all kinds of pastas here.
