Very nice restaurant and pub with close proximity to the shopping precinct and beautiful civic park. Family friendly.

I'm at a Christmas dinner and the music is so loud that the bar staff can't hear us order drinks. It's ridiculous. Spoiled the night.

The staff are absolutely wonderful helpful and willing to please you.
The room was clean and tidy.
We booked a room with a double bed and a single bed.
So the daughter came and stayed with us in the same room.
The dividing wall between the the bathroom and the room to our surprise has a massive clear window spanning the width of the wall with a see thru blind in the bathroom side.
If you want to keep that weird concept at least make it a blockout blind!
In the morning we met Tracey the housekeeper and told her of the issue. She immediately suggested and put a blanket over the see thru blind which completely blocked out the bathroom view!
Tracey is a wonderful human being which you should use as a precedent for all your staff.
She is an indispensable valuable person in your business.
Also to my surprise we came back on Sunday around 2pm expecting the housekeeping to have been done.
At 2pm I rang the reception to bring it to their attention to my surprise there was a recorded message saying it was ‘after hours’ at 2pm?
I went downstairs and a wonderful girl in the bar followed the issue thru. Came back after a few minutes to tell me there’s NO housekeeping on Sunday?
*we paid $195 on the day of checking in for one extra day where as for the first 2 days Friday/Saturday it cost $317. I mentioned the cost to the lady (being a Sunday) when we were checking in. She said that was the rate so we honestly willingly accepted it same as we accepted that the room was not including breakfast.
If it wasn’t for the ‘window partition’ I wouldn’t have mentioned the rest of the negatives in this review. That window is ludicrous with a see thru blind?
It’s ok for a maximum of 2 people in the room not more.

It has….
-ample parking
-the wedding reception was amazing
-food was good
-clean room
So it’s not all negative:)
It has quite a few positives but unfortunately on the negatives mainly due to the bathroom window I gave the review 2 out of 5 stars.

Melbourne Cup lunch today, meal was very nice however it is my understanding that to run a cup sweep all money should be paid out and this was not the case today. Our table, number 13 had a winning ticket in the $10 sweep which paid out $50 in cash and a $50 vouchure, a second place which paid out $25 in cash, and a $25 voucher the pool for the race was $220 so the remaining money was kept I assume by the venue. It is my understanding that the entire money pool should be distributed and not substituted for vouchers which that can only be spent at the venue. Even if this is legal it is not in the spirit of the day and very dissapointing

Absolutely abysmal seating. Rickety and zero distance between seats. Uncomfortable in the extreme. We will never return. Avoid if possible.

We had our Daughter and Son in laws wedding reception on Saturday night and it was absolutely amazing. The food was fantastic the set-up of the room was beautifully decorated and staff were very helpful and polite to deal with.

I have been to Sfera's many times, and never disappointed. Superb every time. Will be back soon.

Not a fan. Went to an event and only one coffee machine was working. This meant a queue at every break with most missing out on a coffee. Food offering was poor for morning and afternoon tea (a very thin slice of chocolate cake or a vegan cupcake and that was it)!

Great value rooms. Very clean. Friendly and helpfull staff. Coctail bar onsite, although it does close early (8.30).
Easy access and plenty of parking. Very relaxed surrounding. SHort but very enjoyable stay.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean. Restaurant and Bar on site! The mini bar was stocked and pricey! Location very close to ttp Westfield shopping centre and plenty of other restaurants.

Attended your Melbourne cup luncheon today. I wish to say the food was far from acceptable. We were presented with chicken breast main course all at our table the chicken was undercooked and one lady sent hers back. Were told that they had run out of salad leaving a meal with only a few soggy potatoes. Will be looking else where next year. Have been previous years and enjoyed it but today left a lot to be improved.

I chose to celebrate my 21st here in the paradiso room the immediate positive attitude towards my inquiry was that great that I booked in the next day, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Everything was handled in the most professional way and I truly can’t thank the staff enough and especially Lois who created the night of my dreams. The room was decorated gorgeously as well. Not Only was it planned amazingly but the food was exceptional, bar service amazing and the room we booked was perfect. Everything was made so easy and even the pricing was great, you can tell they just want to make people happy and make it as easy as possible.

I honestly can’t recommend it enough and will most certainly be holding other events there in the future

We had wedding reception for my daughter, a supeb and lovely night. The arrangements were perfect with the help of Ellen Launer, wedding coordinator and event manager, and her team who are friendly and experienced. They work for all the details that we asked.

We had my daughters 21st on Saturday evening. The venue itself was beautiful and the staff was very polite.
The food was terrible. The price I paid for these platter was robbery! It was frozen foods that were heated up. And certainly not the quality I was expecting. Or quantity. Very very disappointed. Take your money and go else where. We also stayed the night and went there for breakfast and it was so cold. It was not worth eating.worst food I ever had.

Attended a Xmas in July function for work.
Had a great time and the staff done an excellent job.

Rooms are large, spacious and beautifully set up. However, paint is peeling and you can see that furnishings are starting to become dated.

Pros- Nice room, comfortable bed, amazing rain shower, clean, really great location.

Cons
- extremely noisy at night, bottles being emptied into dumpster outside window after event ended at midnight, loud music, people milling outside after event. Needed white noise on full volume to sleep, and I’m normally a very heavy sleeper.
- no cleaning after Saturday night event. Lobby stayed messy even at check out Monday.
- No room service on Sunday- may have been in the notes somewhere but I wasn’t made aware at check in
- no parking spots aside for guests, all taken by event goers on Saturday night, needed to park elsewhere when returning to motel.

Would stay again if I needed to be in the area, but don’t feel cost of rooms was justified by level of service

Sfera's Park is located in the Northern Suburbs, it is good for entertaining. The park closeby is big and the playground is great for the kids.

Had no issues with the food or service at a recent engagement party, and the studio room was lovely. However someone experienced in acoustics really needs to come in to reduce noise level. It wasn't a rowdy bunch, but before the music was even on the noise level was ridiculous with general conversation. We had sore throats the next day from raising our voices to be heard!

Great food and service for our daughter's wedding on 11/9/21. Many positive comments from our guests about the food. Very accommodating. Thank you Sfera Group. Parents of the bride.
