Made phone call to order take away and the guy told me will be 20 mins. When I arrived after 20 mins there was no food for me, because they were so busy that they forgot to put my order into the system. If you don’t accept phone order why can’t you say it through the phone. Will never go again!

Very disappointed! A total waste of money! All fried chicken are under cooked and are not even taste nice. Pork Katsu came with no sauce, just plain greasy dry pork with a weird taste. Please don’t come to waste your time or money. I should’ve known as another customer had to return his chicken as it was undercooked with blood in the inside as well.
