Fresh and tasty food, wide variety of fresh salads to choose from, nicely cooked chips. This is the best chicken and fish shop, we will not go anywhere else!

Warning everybody they now do not wear gloves I just watched somebody put the batter on the fish with their bare hands very unhygienic no wonder we still have covid around

Changed their chip recipe lot less thick and are way smaller and thinner now.

Besides that amazing

Bought on DoorDash for a pickup and noticed once I got to the beach they were missing my salad and gravy, really disappointed in that.

Chicken was quite juicy but the seasoning was quite salty including the chips.

Potato fritter tasted old and had a weird after taste.

Fish was really good and dim sims

One of the best chicken schnitzel burgers I've had in a long time, definitely highly recommend,
The salads were really good, and the hot chips were perfectly cooked

I got some battered fish and a small salad from this place. The fish tasted good and was only 5.50 each. The salad was 6 dollars

Purchased couple of salads, Potatoe, Egg and bacon. No egg or bacon was found, potatoes were not real potatoes. Ordered Greek salad, got lots of tomatoes and onion, hardly no cucumber, olives or feta. Not happy with paying a fortune for these products. Not returning, very disappointed. It goes to show what some businesses will do to make $$$$. Cutting corners!
Just looked at your other reviews, sickening too see as a local trying to support your local business how others were treated after reading their reviews. Not ever going back and will definitely tell others not to go to your shop. So sad it's all $$$$, for you.

Food is absolutely amazing here! Staff are so friendly! I travel from Ingle farm just to get the best quality chickens from here! 10/10

I was throwing up & vomiting for the rest of the day after eating the food from here, won't be be buying from here again

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Ordered through menu log - waited 1 hour…. Still no driver assigned. Several unanswered calls to shop. Decided to drive to the shop. Was told they had nothing to do with “Menulog”? Really. Offered food that was sitting for an hour or get nothing.
Owner didn’t see the problem with the situation! Advised to call “Menulog” Nothing else was offered. Owner was rude and abrupt. HUGE concerns with food safety. Being a local and wanting to support local business, I would NEVER order again! Very disappointed. Would strongly recommend others to eat elsewhere….

*******As you can see from the response, the “owner” has zero customer service skills. The owner teamed up wit “Menulog”
To provide your customers with meals…. Of course that’s your “problem” when your meals don’t get to your customers!

Sadly these guys never order enough chicken. Always sold out by 7pm.
Pity coz food is good. Not sure why they don’t care about supply and demand!

Their potato cake roll is the best thing I've ever had, I have had it like 6 times now and it never disappoints!

Paid for a bag of small chips got a takeaway container instead barely with any chips they didn't even cook them fresh they were already sitting there for a while

Ordered a $30 deal which contained a whole chicken, chips, peas and gravy.

Chips were delicious! Crispy and perfectly salted. Not sure about the fluorescent yellow colour, but probably best you just don’t ask questions when they taste that good.

Chicken was juicy and tender, but certainly on the small side given the price.

Gravy was average, it was weird almost gelatinous consistency. Peas were ok.

Overall a pretty satisfying meal, although I would say on the expensive side.

Side note: get in early! We ordered a little after 7pm and we had the last chicken. Not sure if it was a particularly busy Sunday, but at least 5 other people were turned away after us who wanted a roast chicken.

Friendly staff, nice roast chicken and fish, but the chips are a hard no from me.undercooked, unsalted and fluorescent yellow.

Ordered a chicken roll a bit of dried up chicken in it, lettuce was cooked! Tasted like spinach, had a couple of bites bloody awful, do I took it back, and showed them, no sorry or anything, the guy just yelled out to the lady at the register, just give her money back! Terrible service In reply to your statement my friend who picked up the order under 10 minutes saw the man cooking the order and put it straight in the bag and yelled out Vicki! So it was under 29 minutes and also fresh lettuce does not deteriorate to mush within a 10 minute period also there was very little chicken on the roll in the first place. I have been a loyal customer over the years and deserved better service than that as I am also in the hospitality industry and would never serve something like that up to anyone

Lovely salads, great service, the chicken tastes nice but on 2 occasions now the chicken has been quite dry

I regularly buy from this shop and usually the food was good.
However in the last 2 visits I was sold a old cook chicken (probably left over from lunch time I am guessing) and not a fresh one. You can really tell the difference.
The one I got last night was cold and so dry and tasteless that was just a waste as it went straight to the bin yet I was charged full price for it.
I will not be returning to this shop anymore.
Staff should learn to smile and say thank you every now and then.

We travel 10 km to get chicken and chips from this restaurant and their gravy is fantastic. Always happy to accommodate our allergies and is amazing 9 out of 10 times which is better consistency than most chicken and chip shops

Put a phone order in and was told 5-10 mins, went to pick them up waited 20 mins further for uncooked chips. Not good service, no "won't be long" or "sorry for the wait" or "thanks for waiting", NOTHING
