Seaford Day Surgery

Had a procedure at this surgery yesterday and could not praise the whole operation anymore, fantastic facility easy access but great staff with good solid professional communication and really friendly staff, thanks.

One of the best day surgery experiences for me. Very efficient and the most friendly professional staff.

Absolute fantastic people every person I came into contact with can not rate highly enough! Thankyou to reception staff, nurses and Doctors!

Modern facility with professional and friendly staff. Everyone was helpful and informative - very important when feeling a bit nervous and vulnerable.

So easy to get to & park. Staff & everyone that assisted me was professional & friendly. Making me feel comfortable & cared for after a procedure. Even had Special dietary requirements met in recovery.

I have constantly waited more than an hour to have my phone call answered. It is now more than 3 hours since my phone consultation was to happen. This practice does not practise good administrative skills. Extremely poor and totally frustrating and very stressful. When I last mentioned similar problems I was told to PHONE and talk to a manager.

Saw below review and before my surgery I had a few different phone calls that were all lovely apart from one when we were discussing making payment for aneasthist, presume it was a receptionist, where I was spoken to as though I was stupid but besides that one person from the moment I arrived at the day surgery today I was made felt so welcomed! I was a bit nervous which they continued to put my mind at ease. In the theatre room they were just amazing til the moment I was put to sleep. When I woke up they were beyond helpful and even went to the shop to get me a big tub of coconut yoghurt after having my wisdom teeth removed. They also made sure I had the appropriate pain relief and checked on me accordingly in recovery. It was a much more nicer experience that I had previously had somewhere else. Thankyou so much!

Within 30 seconds I was given a bad attitude while spoke to like a child. Very rude. Didn't even listen to my question, if you work the phones perhaps being nice to your patrons and learning some people skills would be a good way to go.

Went for a colonoscopy there. Can highly recommend this place! Lovely friendly nurses. Beautifully clean and restful. Pretty curtains! Even the bed in theatre was warmed for me! That's a first!

Having had day surgery today at the Seaford Day Surgery I was most impressed with the helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism shown by all staff members including the receptionist, admission officer, nurses, doctor and anaesthetist. I recommend this surgery with the highest regard.

Being such an anxious person I was really impressed with all 3 of my visit. Everyone was so nice and reassuring even when I was crying talking to the receptionist lol. I saw Dr Sam Hall and he performed my procedure with care knowing I was really anxious. Shorty after I had to see Dr Alex Karatassas who was great, really informative and very professional during my appointment and examination. They also catered to my dietary needs in recovery which was great.

My husband spent a couple of hours in this brilliant facility last Tuesday and for cataract surgery. He was extremely impressed by Dr. Greenwell and all of the staff who attended him. It is just so wonderful having this service placed so conveniently close to home. Thank you to all concerned.

I saw Dr Hall ten years ago at Ashford and needed to see a gastroenterologist again. I was happy he was practising at seaford as I live close by. I agree with the previous comment, totally like a day spa! All the staff are professional, kind and ease any worries. Dr Hall is one of the best specialists I've seen, I will definitely be coming back when needed:)

Seaford Day Surgery staff were all amazing, caring and patient. The surgery feels like your at a day spa, the decor is so welcoming and modern. It feels like they put alot of effort into creating a place where people can feel safe and well taken care of while your there. I had an awesome experience. Would highly recommend it.
