School of Little Swimmers

I want to express my gratitude for the "School of Little Swimmers" run by Alice. Alice and her team are not only incredibly professional but also wonderfully kind. My son, who used to be scared of water, has made tremendous progress. He's learned so much and has overcome his fear, thanks to their patient guidance. I'm confident that, with their support, he's on the path to becoming a skilled swimmer. I can't thank Alice and her team enough for their dedication. I highly recommend this school to all parents!

Instructors are good our son loved going there.but extremely disappointed with their policies. We had to travel In emergency trip to overseas notified them in advance through their portal. There policy is to notify them 28 days in advance even when we didn't know that we have to go and they charged us for 4 weeks already even though our son can't attend the class. Explained them over phone not helpful at all. Totally rip off your money if your child can't attend the class. We understand it's business but having policy of providing 28 days notice is totally unexpectable and unfair. Therefore discontinued.

Have loved coming here with my 4year old daughter who has struggled with her swimming journey. Alice and her team have been super supportive and friendly in building my daughters confidence! I would highly recommend!

My daughter has only been at SOLS for a short time but has already progressed so much! Her confidence around water has improved greatly and I definitely credit that to the care & time given to ensure individualised teaching at SOLS.

Extremely disappointing customer service, after trying to cancel the lessons, and not coming in for 8 months, they still trying to charge us for 6 months outstanding lessons, quoting that we didn’t go through their portal.

Hounding over email and phone over $200. Sad and pathetic. Trying to charge someone for services not provided.

Surely you would notice if a child was not coming in for that long.

A rarely leave bad reviews, but this surely takes the cake.

The pool is warmed, instructors are great, my daughter loved her classes there! We had a few issues with the app but owner Alice sorted it out - good resolution and came up with a solution we were happy with after some missed communication with covid closure etc.
All in all the classes are great and I recommend this business ️

My son Zayn had his very first group lesson this morning and cant recommended them enough. Everyone was so helpful and so kind and welcoming. Zayn absolutely loved his experience and we cant wait to come every week thank you so much

Great small indoor swimming school. Small classes, wonderful instructors, very clear and easy to understand.

Nice pool and very friendly teachers. However, I think it's closed as the property has been sold.

School of little swimmers is a wonderful boutique swim school for children to learn how to swim! The teachers are all highly professional, highly skilled, friendly and work with all children and their needs! The facilities are beautifully clean and well presented as well. Highly recommend you check it out! Our kids love going swimming, and have learnt vital skills for swimming and water safety!

I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Alice & the ladies are all so lovely, flexible, accommodating & extremely patient with my 4yo son. He absolutely loves going to lessons & has learned so much over the past few months. The facilities are always clean & the heated pools makes the cooler months so much more bearable. The prices are reasonable & the class sizes are small. There is absolutely nothing negative about this place whatsoever.

School of Little Swimmers' Aqua-aerobic classes were great for my dad. He's had difficulty with exercise after enduring a number of health problems. These classes enabled a low impact exercise guided by professional and caring trainers. The results were really incredible for my dad. His strength and movement increased significantly which boosted his confidence, well-being and happiness. He wanted to know if they could make more classes available for him!

We started off lessons here with the Groupon Deal and decided to continue lessons as we really liked the approach the teachers took to teaching our child who was a complete beginner. They were gentle and sweet and knew when my daughter needed to move up levels to be more challenged. Miss Bec is my daughters favourite teacher, she talks about her even when we go home. Alice is amazing to work with and has been so understanding when it came to rescheduling classes due to sickness on our end this past winter season. She has been so flexible. We wouldn’t go anywhere else as we have seen that the teaching quality here is personalised and not cookie-cutter like some other places. The environment is fun, energetic, and motivating and I have seen so much progress in my daughter’s swimming abilities.

I highly recommend SOLS.both my kids attend and they both absolutely love it.the instructors are well trained to work with little ones and they understand that everyones situations differ and are flexible to your needs, they also take the time to give one on one training if necessary. Not only do the kids learn but they have fun doing it! It’s hard to coax them out of the water at the end of the lesson.

Our three little swimmer grandchildren have just begun their third season of one-on-one lessons in our home pool. We're delighted with their continuing progress and couldn't be happier with the patient, professional instruction provided by coach Jackie. The individual attention is hugely beneficial - results way better than less-than-ideal group lessons elsewhere. Thanks to Alice for co-ordinating the program for us.

Having School of little swimmers come to our house on a Sunday for private swimming lessons is FANTASTIC! It's given myself and our friends a great reason for a Sunday lunch catch up AND we get to watch our babies grow and learn under Alice's beautiful guidance! Highly recommend School of little swimmers and I know the 8 other families do too! The luxury of private at home swimming lessons is much cheaper than I thought when we do it as a group and all the babes have learnt SO much in a fun environment! BIG Thank you to Alice and the team for their dedication to making swimming fun! Thanks Guys!
