Schnithouse Aston Hills reviews
17Service great, food good, prices a bit unreasonable and you have to add on which costs more.would return but not in a hurry
Such a family and date friendly restaurant! The servings were massive/ generous and so tasty. Half price wings were Asian honey sauce were delightful too. Front of house were courteous and friendly. We will be back!
Luke warm lasgane, looks like it was nuked in a microwave considering the large piece of overcooked pasta you only get from using a microwave. Not worth 25$ regardless, was a "special" aswell. Pretty poor and disappointing.

The sliders and chicken wings I've tried were great. Schnitzel my mum had was okay but kinda small for the price.
Unless you go for lunch specials or special days it's a little pricey. Drinks seem especially pricey.
Not many seats considering its a new existing franchise thats quite well known. I think because it's new and less seating you need to book if you dont want to be seated on the outskirts close to the supermarket. I'd like to see if we can actually get inside the proper seating one day but im not much of a planer for booking ahead.
Staff were friendly and accommodating and its still new to mt barker so any issues were obvious that it was due to new job and still learning.
They have public holiday surcharging but that's not uncommon. 10%
Excellent. Yummy food with huge portions and an abundance to choose from. The staff were also very friendly going above and beyond to make the experience even better. Definitely coming back.
Fast and attentive service. Friendly and helpful staff plus the best schnitzel I think I’ve ever had.
I hope it doesn’t go down hill like a lot of places once they’ve impressed their customers and got reviews/regulars they cheapen their products. Keep them this good!
Nice food, a decent quantity and plenty to choose from. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The only downside was that they close too early. You can’t pack in a couple of beers, dinner and dessert in such little time, especially when one of the dinner seatings is at 7: 15. Hopefully they extend their hours. We’ll be back!
Good food. Great price! We are not much of a big eater but the 2 starters (nachos & haloumi) we ordered definitely made us full!
Was looking forward to coming but no mention of weird sitting hours and got turned around so will have to wait till another day.
We have had two excellent meals here and the food was hot, very tasty and on point. The serving sizes were excellent for the price. The staff were friendly and very accomodating even though we didn’t have a booking and they were very busy. Very family friendly and they were very attentive to the needs of our baby. We will be dining in again for sure. Well done.
Wonderful service and the food was great! Schnitzels were cooked to perfection. There’s a good selection of beers and cocktails as well. I highly recommend both dine in and take out options.
The restaurant was way over crowded and we got seated at the back next to a door so every time people came in and out the door would hit us. The second I stepped in I didn’t enjoy my experience here. The food was really nice but for 2 people it cost us $70 and for one bottle of Pepsi was $7.50 (we could of walked over to drakes and gotten a cold one for $4.30)
Looked forward to a nice schnitzel, was expensive at $35 a schnitzel but gave it chance to be served a dog’s breakfast. 1 was good, one was served with a table spoon of sauce and the other one was served with chips and cheese after especially asking for them not to be put on. Then got a $4 tub of roast veg to be served 2 small carrots, a few peas and 1 peice of broccoli
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and we sure won’t be returning. Pretty disappointing for a very newly opened restaurant
The wings were amazing I give them 5 stars, but the burger was awful, one of the worst burgers I've ever tried
Great spot for a family get-together last Sunday. Food was good.
Not keen on the touchpad ordering. Prefer good old service and a smile.
