Perfect wholesale cheese, never ruined an order and super lovely staff
Not the popular cheese monger found in the Central Markets but the head office/warehouse. The location offers specialty cheese events every few months (check their site for details).
We had an incredible time on both visits. First being Winter cheese and reds, the second French sparking and cheese.
Wine flows for most of the evening, the selection of cheese changes with each event and marries perfectly with wine selection. You're introduced around the premise for a short tour.
Staff are friendly and more than happy to pass on recipes from other classes. Picture below is a Petit Sapin baked in the oven, which was featured that night.
