Got an atar of 94.10 and didn’t get accepted in a Bachelor of Arts, meanwhile ppl are getting lower atars and getting accepted into law and engineering think Australian universities should consider reviewing and accepting applications on their own and NOT through scummy SATAC

Rude and unhelpful staff!
South Australian universities should seriously consider assessing the qualifications like other universities such as RMIT. Going through SATAC is simply one more step that does not need to be there.

I am yearning for the possibility of never contributing another dollar to the scalping of countless thousands of dollars that SATAC has usurped from its applicants. Somehow, South Australian universities have permitted them to form a bourgeoisie blockade whose sole purpose is to claim your money, improperly follow instructions that are set by the universities, and refuse to provide any additional explanation regarding anything. The company seems to have allowed ableism to embody the root of their practices due to their adamant refusal to equate my foreign transcript to the Australian standard (which the SACE Board of SA had actually confirmed) in response to having taken modified courses for my disability. (And hey, no refunds either!)

A single star is already an achievement that is too honorific of this company's degeneracy. Its call centre is composed of arrogant egoists who ensure each call is yet another opportunity to exercise their narcissism.

Companies such as SATAC are the reason why more people are going to be flipping burgers until they meet the grave.

Useless company, the pages dont load and keep timing out and then charge you at the end without mentioning this at the beginning. Useless.

Applying for midyear intake and applied on february and still got charged $225.they said its because i had applied for semester entry first.i only did that to have a look at the fees.it said app wont be processed until fees received.so i then changed preference to semester 2 because thats what i wanted initially and still got charged $225.i think its really unfair because people who are wanting to go midyear and have applied after 12th of march only pay $80 whereas i applied on february (well ahead) and have to pay $225! I emailed and the email seemed very rude too.i was just enquiring about the fees and would have loved if someone was nice enough but no! Wish there was another way to apply for UNI.

We have spoken with SATAC three times recently since my daughter completed year 12. Despite this being a very busy time of year for SATAC, we have not been waiting on hold for long and each representative we have spoken with has been very polite, courteous and professional.

The worse employees any government agency has in Australia work for Satac.
From picking up a phone call and hanging up without saying anything or keeping you waiting for 30-45 minutes then hanging up.

Firstly, who's yearly cycle if from August to August? Applying after August means I have to make a new account pay another $85 and because I would be submitting my application late I get wacked with $180 late fee? I'm trying to better my education but no surprise a government agency makes that difficult. Check savings or pull it out my rear SATAC. Fyi I think Jason was having a really bad day! Extremely aggressive over the phone!

As a domestic student living in Canada, they were extremely helpful. Great service, friendly people and they get straight to the point. Its good that they are quick since I'm calling from international:)
