SASS Florals

My sister in law used Sass florals for her wedding on 18th May 2023 and I was absolutely appalled at the quality of the work provided (for the huge price tag my SIL paid). The bouquets were not as requested. The quality was low, I think the artificial flowers were bought from a discount store like the reject shop. The flower girl basket provided was disgusting, spray painted paper bag with paint drip marks running down it and all crumpled - I took lots of photos of that. When I asked the lady if she had something else to use as a basket because it was awful, I was met with her blaming the bride for changing her mind too much 2 months prior instead of offering a solution. On the Monday prior to the Thursday wedding, this florist had not even started her work. My SIL paid a deposit back in December 2022. Every time I held the owner accountable, saying she knew about this for months and needed to sort something out now (wedding was in a couple hours time) the owner kept saying I was intimidating her and scaring her and needed to go away! She didn’t finish the job she was meant to do, including leaving before decorating an arbour with flowers. Us, the bridesmaids and a hairdresser who did our hair pulled together some organza and fairy lights and decorated the arbour ourselves as this lady just left! She has since blocked my sister in law, saying my SIL is abusing her, seems she has been asking for her money back. It seems to be very well planned - do a horrible job, then when someone tells her it’s not satisfactory, claim she’s being ill treated and block. Honestly feels like my SIL got scammed by someone who makes arrangements from the cheap store. STEER CLEAR! (See photos on their Google profile. White basket with blue ribbon handle).

I live in W. A and contacted SASS Florals to arrange a "Just Because" order and delivery for my MIL. Sarah was lovely to deal with, even doing extra to accommodate a special request for my order. The whole process was quick and effortless with amazing customer service!

Received the biggest bunch of roses from my hubby thanks to Sarah. They lasted ages and have since dried into a perfect bunch which now sit in a vase on display
