Saray Kebab House

The staff are very friendly and helpful and very accommodating. We always enjoy going there.

The was nice however I found hair in salad. Wasn’t expecting that in my lunch. Lucky found it very late when I put left salad on the big plate.
Not comfortable venue, was super hot.

We needed a late night feed and luckily Saray Kebab House is open late. Meat cooked over charcoal. Tick. Bread. Tick. Some salad for good measure. Tick. Flavour. Tick. Fast service and friendly service. Really good food. Keen to go back and try some more menu items.

I’m regular customer as family we do like some of the foods on the menu but not everything is tasteful and the customer service is unprofessional they don’t like to take blames for anything

I had an amazing dining experience at this authentic Turkish restaurant! The food was incredibly flavorful and truly captured the essence of Turkish cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a taste of Turkey right in the heart of Adelaide.

Horrible customer service extremely rude waitresses plus no respect for autistic children who have food restrictions they became rude with the simple request of the nuggets no chips and cucumber which they refused to accommodate a simple request and be spoken to with distain is not acceptable when we are a large table spending more then enough money would be fantastic to have at least the min of respectful service don’t come here if that’s the customer service and disgusting rude service that is provided

There are some issues with this restaurant.
Tables are really small and not comfortable at all.
Taking too long to bring the order.
Staff are not friendly.
Food is tasty.

Basically a deconstructed yiros but tastes twice as good. Restaurant seems popular among locals and price is decent. $18.50 for a combo chicken and lamb, overall tasty and worth coming back for another round.

Amazing food. Traditional Turkish cuisine. Informal setup. The best part is people enjoying food, laughter and talking loudly rather than whispers

Average but not bad food. Iskender is not proper and very dry and literally just tomato paste rather than the authentic way. Breads can also be a bit hard.

Been eating here for several times and we get consistent delicious food every time. We've been ordering the mixed meals and the AB and they’re filling and not pricey. Expect it to be packed at times and this is understandable given the service and great food they have.

I live in the country, but found this gem of a place some years ago while staying nearby for Bonym concert. Have managed another couple of visits since then. Wonderful food.

Enjoy returning to this place when I feel like a meat filled carnivores meal. Their mixed Grill and meat platters are great. Especially their Shish are always wonderfully delicious.

I wouldn't recommend, they charge you $13.90 for a yiros, with less meat more tomato that are actually not even feeling fresh and lettuces. 5 stars for tomato yiros 0 stars for chicken yiros. Better options are available elsewhere for a cheaper and worth product. Please have a look at pictures.

Edit: And now a reply from the owner blaming the customer. Perfect customer service! No wonder so many bad reviews. And if I wanted rice I would've ordered rice.

Absolutely DISGUSTING service! I came here and tried to order a kebab and chips. I asked them to leave out the meat as I am vegetarian and add chips instead. This is something that has been easy to do at every single kebab shop I have been to. I was first looked at strangely by the staff member who then said he would ask the owner as he was next door. He came back and said they would not do it (how hard is it to take some of the chips I have ordered and put it in the kebab?) And said they had one vegetarian option on the menu which was wrapped vine leaves in a wrap which is the stupidest option i have ever seen offered anywhere! Went to the next place and they did what I asked for no questions asked! NEVER coming back and telling EVERYONE! Would give minus stars if I could.

Amazing food. Highly recommend. Everything on the menu even all the dessert are amazing. Excellent quality food and service every time.

Waiting time was more than half hour but yes it was very fresh and generous food portion was given.
