Salvos Stores Modbury

Wayyyyyy to expensive on clothes and shoes. With Savers just up the road these guys have the perfect opportunity and potential to be a great little pop in shop but their prices are a bit too exorbitant.

Golden Grove store, service was as slow as a wet week. Won't be coming back. Too much mucking around behind the counter!

VERY EXPENSIVE FOR A SECOND HAND STORE. I WOULD JUST BUY BRAND NEW ONES FROM BIG W OR TARGET. I STOP COMING IN ANY SALVOS STORE.

Wow what a great store! Very clean and tidy, staff are very fair and knowledgeable on prices. Would like to mention staff member Ada. She was very friendly and welcoming she gives the place alot of positive energy.

Full of good bargains oh yes if you have a Salvos club card don't forget to collectthe points. The store nicely set out friendly staff.

One of the best organised opportunity shops in Adelaide, wide range of second hand goods from clothes to books and bric a brace also sells new mattresses at very affordable prices, we come back here annually never know what bargains you will find. Store staff are very friendly and happy to have a chat.

This shop was extremely clean and well laid out. Unfortunately, couldn't give them 5 stars ss the book section didn't have much in it.

These people are no longet a " charity " store. Shop else where if you want to save money.

Bigger store than Golden Grove, there is always plenty to look at. There is ample parking here and plenty of room if you want to make a donation of big items. Staff are always very friendly too

Good kids book section usually, and toys, knick knacks one time met by a strange member of staff with a booming voice- seemed intent on following us, and prob unintentionally frightening my g children. Woman has a horror of children. I always keep g kids with me and dont let them touch anything unless i pick it up first so her behaviour was a little odd.wont take them in with me again.

Staff always too loud. Clothing prices high for what you get. I went to Target & Big W after and found v similar items cheaper (& of course these items were new). Salvos pricing system needs reviewing.

Just love finding treasures at this "Salvos Stores. " Not to be confused with the Salvation Army. Bargains a plenty and special days for pensioners to get $$ off.

Beautiful people who were more than willing to give us a hand in taking our grandmothers furniture and great condition items. Thanks to Dillon especially.

Nice clean store. This store comprises mostly clothing with limited supplies of furniture and bric-a-brac. Still a very nice store though.

Reasonable prices, very neat and easy to find size you are looking for. Not a huge store but a decent size.

Staff friendly and helpful. Sometimes I have found good clothing finds. Vintage items are priced too highly but it is a donation.

One of my favourite Salvos. This is quite far from the city, but they have beautiful dress collection and they are very cheap. They are half the price of the Salvos in Southern area.
They also have great collection of furniture.
