Salvos Stores Glenelg reviews
14 Found a acrylic jumper today sadly had no price tag, so asked the sa for a price. I was quite shocked to be told it would be $13 because it was apparently a well known brand!
Just to add the sa was a new person
So maybe didn't know how to price items.
In general a great shop and well priced items and friendly staff.
Yes I was pleasantly surprised to find some lovely men skirts at a great price.
I continued browsing, I found UV-new sunglasses at a great price.
Remember if it does not fit return with docket and you will get your money.
If not refund, allowed to exchange for another product.
Check with store requirements. ️
It's not on the main drag in Glenelg, but it's well worth the diversion down to Broadway, is easier to park at than the ones on the busier road, and there are also a few quite lovely stores scattered nearby. The Salvos store itself is pretty big, was well-stocked with a good variety of things when I visited (. In other words it's not being "curated" in the way that some are - where pretentious, over-zealous staff cull donations to the point where only what they consider trendy is on site - and often wind up with only size 8 and 10) and it's also a store with some bargains. Perhaps that tendency in recent years to over-price people's old things hasn't taken off in this store. Kudos! Staff were friendly too.
Great selection. Broke my shoe as l arrived at Brighton beach, 25km from home. Called into Salvos Glenelg after being diverted off Brighton road & picked up a brand new pair of sandles for $7.
Lucky me.
For the location. And for being under the Salvation Army umbrella. Really good prices. Always find an amazing bargain. And the staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Top rate.
Smallish store, good selection of ladies clothes, shoes, bags etc. Lots of bric a brac, small selection of mens clothes, quite a busy shop, so had to wait a while for a changing cubicle
Quality products. Friendly service. Good prices on some things. But needs better selection of male clothing.
A smaller Salvos store than the ones we usually visit back in Sydney but we found some great bargains here, and seemed to have much better quality / fashionable clothes on display.
Good second hand shop. Have found many bargains here over the years. Staff are friendly. Have also donated many items.
Very quirky and aesthetic Salvos store. Some items were a bit pricey, but not as pricey as some other stores in the Southern Suburbs such as Brighton. The layout is pretty decent, but kinda of awkward in some places such as the shoe shelves, as they are along a walkway to another area.
I shop at this Salvos store for many years and it's one of my favourite shops. It's well organised and I always find a bargain.
Very neat attractively displayed store with helpful staff. Good quality second hand clothing, love shopping here.
Nice shop. A little smaller than some other Salvos stores but a nice selection of quality items and well presented a clean atmosphere.
Fantastic fantastic jusstttt fantastic collections they have here!
They always have branded items and beautiful display! This is my most fave Salvos in Adelaide!
