Salvos Stores Fulham

Great op shop, excellent array of books. Only wish it was a little more organised, perhaps clothing into sizes etc

I just wanted to share to Salvos Store at Henley beach Rd and management, a lady cashier today 6/10/22 16: 15pm told me that it is insulting what I say. The total cost of the clothes I bought is $31.50 I have $50 in my hand I told her if I give you $1.50 so a total of $51.50 in exchange you will give me $20 change. She said next time don't say that it's very offensive word to say. I ask an apology but back of my mind is it an offensive thing to say here in Australia?
Or I am just thinking she maybe had a rough day today and reacted so nasty.

Your store is neat and tidy but the way you employees speak to us customers is appalling especially one woman Melissa she was quite rude and this isn't the first time dealing with her she also spoke to my mother and I very rude trying to argue about some price which we didn't care about, then today 26th May 2022 went to the store and she did same thing trying to argue about a 50 cent toy all we wanted to do was pay for our stuff and get out.my partner and I won't be going back anytime soon, Melissa needs to be careful cause people these days won't tolerate verbal abuse Melissa needs talking to and some training how to deal with customers. Thankyou

Rude manager Jan - lack of customer service seems to run the shop like a militant exercise unpleasant prices so high when it comes to brand names

Is a lovely store, pity about the horrible Store Manager. Older women, with short cropped grey hair. I was literally yelled at and told off, when I very politely asked what days are the half price ticket days. She spoke to me in such an aggressive, seething and horrible manner that I left the store, shocked, embarrassed and in tears. For whatever reason, she seemed to want to have an argument with me. I won't shop here again, which is a pity, as I love this store.

A small very clean and tidy store with reasonable prices. I always enjoy popping in there. Staff are lovely.

Nicely presented store. Friendly staff, and some really nice goods.
Also, parking off the main road.

Nothing great at this op shop, just old tacky clothes.staff was rude and some of customers that go there are very judgmental.passive aggressive attitude from some random woman. Don’t go out of your way to come here

Friendly (you are important) service - very helpful. Salvos Stores are looking more like a clean and customer friendly shop now. Quality stock - reasonably priced. Give them a shot.

I visit this store frequently and always walk out with something. But do check your items well. As I bought a pair of jeans that I had tried on, when I got them home to wash I hadn't noticed the blood stain in the crutch. On another occasion I bought a hand bag and in one of the pockets was a sanitary pad (unused thank goodness).
So just check items thoroughly.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Definitely some bargains to be had! Store helps to support some very worthwhile causes.

Love this salvos store. Very nicely decorated organised and merchandised. Always find a bargain it something out if the ordinary. Parking lot behind the store is great.

Has some great bargains and lots of quality stock. Had some difficulty trying to access with pram, sign on door said to use side door, but the side door only seemed to lead to the staff area/donation storage and wasn't sure if I could use it.

Awesome range - a great mix of cheap, and discounted antique stuff, as well as a large range of clothes. Super friendly staff too.
