Salvos Stores Campbelltown

Over charged for items purchase and really didn't care when questioned on the price, didn't offer to double check the price listed on the basket, rude not to check and no pint in arguing with staff, staff weren't even able to provide correct change when mentioning the amounts

I was disappointed in this store. The level of customer service is not ok. I heard the clerks whispering on two occasions and both times when I looked over at them they were looking at me and shut up immediately when they noticed me looking. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional and plain strange.

I go to a lot of op shops and from today's visit to this one, I can say that it has the friendliest staff you would find. Very welcoming and they had a smile on their faces like they actually enjoy working there.

I always have great experience shopping here for the last 12 years! Very clean and price of cassettes and records are dam cheap! Will be back for more! Thanks

Sincerely it’s terrible management, they think it’s David jones we can’t afford nothing in the store. So expensive and the staff are so rude and unhelpful I was to get a table in store with price on not display or something soon as she saw me taking they removed the tag telling me it’s not for sale. Very racist. Unhelpful and unfair to us and to people who help with things to help community and poor people.

Lots of great items and well stocked with quality clothes. Clothes are laid out in sizes which makes things easy to find. Staff are very friendly and greet you at the door.

Great range with friendly staff. Some items a little overpriced for a charity shop but on the whole, very good.

The staff lacked customer service skills and were very unprofessional with their comment and very rude. Both the manager and assistant talkng about my comment in some of the store prices were high compared to purchasing new. Behind my back whilst being at the store another customer over heard and informed me. I would not recommend this store and would suggest some training for the staff.

Na, not very good! It's too small! The shoes and bags are always the same! Horrible staff! Especially the boss!

Great selection of books. Clothing is reasonably priced. The real bargains are in the kitchen goods.

My niece's bag was stolen in the shop yet they had surveillance cameras only to find out that they are just scarecrows as they don't work. It is so frustrating for my niece as she is a student and the bag had her school laptop, books and phone.

Great store, neat, easy to find size your looking for. However, I enjoy my op shopping and have visited many salvos stores and find this one to be a bit more pricey than others.

Great range and very nice staff, prices are fairly reasonable, depending on what you're looking for. Good range of clothes.
