Salvos Stores reviews
31Large store, plenty to see, great prices & very helpful. Excellent experience all round. Will be back thanks.
I haven't been into a Salvos for some time but sadly this one seems very over priced. Maybe they get high quality items compared to other stores.
Lovely staff but Its a lady boy Volunteer working there who wants to talk to your children not the adults
So I popped into this store for the first time on Saturday and I was amazed, one of the cheapest op shops around, I picked up so many bargains. And received great customer service at the register. I walked out very satisfied and happy
Have been here a few times & bought some great bargains! Today, I hope to find some canvases, old LP's or Records for you younger ones, or for the younger still, it's like a BIG CD, if you still don't get it, either ask mum & dad or nanna & poppop! LOL! The staff are mega helpful& the prices are not too bad!
Customer service from Jennifer was so welcoming. She helped me find the perfect outfit for the last minute party I had. And didn't cost me a fortune. Thank you
So big, prices were great, and the lady Jennifer on Saturday was awesome, fantastic customer service, made me feel so welcome.
Will definitely be back.
Nice staff, large and better prices than the other stores. This one has furniture down the back.
Guy who worked there came out before we even unloaded clean clothes new baby clothes used clean kids clothes and lots of kid toy good condition, came at us with such attitude won't accept anything not even looking I thought this was a place for giving to the needy. He was so rude!
Lucky St vinnies we more than happy to take it!
Don't shop at the salvos or donate to these rude people go to St vinnies much nicer people
Colin and Brendan were so thoughtful. This store helped me furnish my housing unit. They couldn't have done more. Thank you so much.
Dropped off some good quality household goods. Very unfriendly staff. Drove away wishing I had taken my donated goods somewhere else. Will not be donating there again.
Fabulous range, excellent quality and service by people who really live what they do and care about the people they serve.
Very nice great price.good staff. I like it.thank you solveos.i by quilt $7and dress $7 very good quality.thank to people how are generouse by ther donations
Very friendly staff. I bought a book for my Grandson in NZ. Wanted to buy more but too big to post!
Great selection of records at good prices usu $1 and 15% pension discount on Thursdays and I use Salvos club card too
Excellent place to find a bargain, allow yourself extra time to go through this mega store, they have everything plus more. If only they had a place to sit rest and buy a coffee it would be the PERFECT Op Shop experience (hint hint).
Love buying from them especially when you find something great and to know the money spent goes to great lengths.
What more do you want? They are here to help others and raise money. It is just lovely that they dump all the unsellable cap people donate, staff the places with polite and helpful volunteers and sell stuff cheap as nix.
Prices need an urgent review. They are killing the golden goose.
$7.50 for a pair of worn out thongs? ! Pfft.
Go to Big W 200 metres down the road for new stuff at cheaper prices.
Lovely staff and store. Lots of treasures, clothes prices are a bit expensive for an op shop. Great toys - cheap and lots of good quality brands.
Access is an issue, I have a pram and struggled up the steps with it. Wheelchair access is at the side but the staff has to move things out the way for me to get through with the pram in order to exit.
