Salsa's Fresh Mex Grill

Unless you want a kids meal this place is bad. Got two tacos with beef and they gave me little to no meat in it. All lettuce. Not a warm taco shell and is so small.

Never gave enough amount compared with other branches. I don’t think they can be called lunches or dinners, but snacks.

Discriminating n obnoxious staff
Complete ignorance from the lot of them working this place
I only wonder what they do to the food

The new recruite kindly accommodated to my request to have the fries on 1 side.just don't like them soggy under all the toppings.

Got both me and my friend’s order completely wrong. Fortunately we weren’t allergic to the wrong seasoning and herbs which were in the burrito. I suggest you improve your service or you will lose more customer.

We order a mexicrinkle cut chips today and they were under cooked and not seasoned enough and also rude staff not enough staff working and timing was way off and I'm an old school chef by trade and I know what I'm doing as a chef

Couldn't get served. 2 people behind the counter and not many customers waiting for their orders yet I stood at the counter and didn't get acknowledged so walked off. I returned when there were no customers and same again. Not acknowledged after standing at the counter for some time. I walked off again

Very rude service. Don’t have any knowledge how to deal with customers. I asked for nachos with veggies and guacamole and sour cream. She gave me corn chips and with sour sauce not even sour cream. I raised this and she is giving me explanations not even apologised and saying other lady look order I can help anything. I said I am not having this and returned. She denied to make new one also refunding.

All I want to say is before you order confirm your order. We ask for any meal deal she said yes, and you can see on the receipts she charged 8: 45 just for chips and drinks. Chips are very small. Can see in picture. We paid 40$ ended up eating chips and drink. Waste of main meal.

Tried the chicken fajita bowl. Chicken was nicely cooked but the sauce was not great. I prefer the sauce in gyg burrito bowls.

The girl working today was alone (girlboss) but did she have a foul mood? No, she was serving smiles (and food), she pushed my food out so quick I was afraid I got someone else’s food. And the nachos? I’ve never had them so full, like these nachos? Full size, I was debating offering to share with the small family beside me. Anyway 5 stars, idk who that girl was but I love her

Best services from Miss Maddyimple mouth watering and finger licking. Couldn't help myself buying another one. Not o my worth value but tasty.

Kids loved the taco's, the spicey dipping sauce was great but don't give to little kids until you've tried it. It packs a bit of punch. Would eat here again.

Always enjoy the food here. The mixed grill or Baja steak burrito are awesome and are my go to, and the chips are so morish

Food was depressing. I'm going to need counselling after subjecting myself to such a poor quality burrito. Think, salty guacomle and assorted size brocolli stalks on a bed of hard white rice.

The closing time is either inaccurate or the staff are in a hurry. They stop taking orders at 4.30

I had a chicken burrito from here on the 13th Feb around 2 pm. Soon later I was feeling really weird. After a few hours, I had a diarrhea and vomiting. I didn’t eat anything after burrito. Next day, I had a fever, headache and stomachache and I went to the doctor and they found that I was affected by salmonella food poisoning. I am still suffering from high fever, headache, diarrhea and vomiting. Plz get back to me ASAP. I have doctor certificate as well.

Very bad experience worst condition of quesadilla I had ordered vegetarian quesadilla even they had not added single veggie.

Extremely terrible customer service & food taste was pathetic.payed 13 $ for chicken quesadillas & what i got was 4 pieces of soft, fluffy, poorly cooked bread with almost no chicken inside!

"Not our problem" I was told when trying to collect an online order made via their app that they claim took a long time to get to their kitchen.

Salsas is usually good, but the staff here look like they would rather be somewhere else. Seriously poor customer service - and the ingredients seem to always be less than fresh (which sucks because salsas is so good). Every time I've visited this location I've had a dry tortilla, or soggy lettuce, or weird tasting tomatoes.
