This shop is all ways running out of Rice, came past at 1pm on a Sunday to get the family Burritos and was told they had no rice.

Extensive delays 2 out of three workers had hair on the face as if it’s fashion whilst had a hair band but they prefer to have some styling. Sucks to order from here. Definitely not doing it again.

Never try the veg burrito and I had the guacamole chicken bowel was with 3 small pieces of chicken inside and it’s way expensive for that portions of food.

This is my favourite Mexican chain. U just pick a burrito, I don't need to pick every intch that goes in. Their meat nachos are amazing always brings me back. Plus their reward system is great.

Very poor service my food was full of juices nachos was totally soggy
When I complained about it they told me they would replace after 5-7 mins went back to get my food
I was informed they cannot replace as I have taken bite but have kept my food in warmer on top of fries which is totally unacceptable and made them more soggy than before

Ordered over $70 of food at 630pm. Currently 915pm, no food. Hung up on by staff when calling. No answer to the other over 12 phone calls to restaurant. No response to conplaint. Escalated to corporate, surprise surprise nothing. Don't bother. Go to Zams.

Haven’t even received my order yet but wanted to leave a review about how lovely the team are here.need more people that go out of their way to make you smile! (and offer a taste of the guac!)

Asked the lad cooking if the nachos and tacos were gluten free, specifically asked about the seasoning as was assured everything was gluten free except the fish. Went ahead and ordered, food was amazing BUT full of gluten.

2 adult 2 kids almost spent $80 and when we requested extra chicken salt/seasoning on the chips; they rudely declined and asked for $1.5 for the extra salt/seasoning. When asked to make a burrito spicy by adding extra chipotle or any spicy sauce they again asked for $1.5 extra for a sauce in Mexican food where its one of the main ingredients… The burritos were dry and full of rice and hardly any vegetables in the vege burrito…. Pathetic staff, poor service and worst Mexican food ever, chips were half cooked and oily as… Need an owner operator to take over the business as the staff were very very slow from taking orders to preparing food…. Hope we can get someone to respond to this review from headoffice and improve their staff training and food quality

Had the chicken and guac burrito. Very disappointed! Couldn’t find the chicken amongst the mountain of lettuce. I thought burritos were usually toasted? Maybe I’m wrong? Anyway, the burrito was tough and if the chicken was hot when it went in, it certainly went cold very quickly with all the lettuce! Very, very messy to eat. Liquid pouring out of it. Won’t return.

Incredibly understaffed. Waited nearly 10mins just to be served because there was only one poor girl making orders and serving. Poor thing looked so over whelmed and many people left because they were sick of waiting to be served.

Great food and service, staff work hard and produce healthy food options in a food court situation.

Too much over cooked and very hard quesadillas even they cooked second time fresh one still overcooked and poor customer service by one of the girl at front. Don't wanna go there again.

They took forever to make the fish burritos which were on special. A ridiculous amount of time. The board states that its only one dollar for extra jalepinos and one dollar for salsa. I was charged double and the toppings were only applied to 1 of the 2 burritos. I will never go here again.

Great vego nachos. Mostly fresh and tasty. Would have definitely gotten the extra stars from me if I didn't have to pick paper out of my food.

I was one of few last customers of the day and the burrito bowl was full of lettuce with only few chicken pieces and etc. If it’s something running low, please don’t serve. Thanks in advance.

Ordered the Smokey chicken fajita burrito as the lady who served me was friendly and helped me to change a few dietary issues in my burrito, as I was quite surprised by what things I could replace and now I know that I will be getting another one in the future.

As I was doing a few errands before I could eat my burrito as the time I gotten back to eat it, it was still hot as some places I usually get my food from they usually goes cold but this burrito wasn't at all.

Will be back again soon for another one

The girl working here today has the best customer service that I have experienced in a while.
She remembers names and is so friendly.

Try the spicy fried chicken shop around the corner, you will not feel like a burden to the staff.

No more 14 hour beef nachos is a bad idea. The beef mince is terrible. Sorry but you will lose alot of customers
