Was surprised with the food quality of this place. Wow! The chicken was well seasoned, everything was worth the money.

I regret not eating from here sooner! Incredibly good food. Already looking forward to my next order, the Bolani is so good

Had BIRYANI couples of time was delicious, still looking forward to trying kebab and skewers.

My Daughter recommend this homely little restaurant. So today my wife and I popped in and were greeted with a warm smile and ordered bolani that came with 2 lovely dips. We were taken aback to be offered a complimtary green or black pot of tea. The tea was super taiste and we enjoyed multiple cups to the soft music. Soon we had eaten the bolani, which was a warm fresh made flat bread with herbs inside. We then enjoyed the lamb kebab wrap with salad.the whole experience was very pleasant and I recommend if you seek a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, with good food and service I recommend the Salam Charcoal Kebab House. Fast, friendly and engaged staff. 5 Stars.

5*+ rating for food no doubt. Specially their chicken is the best in the town. Only issue need to upgrade is their besin, hand wash facility. Going to toilet to use the besin is a bit. Apart from that, they serve the most delicious food. Staff behaviour is 5* too.

Stopped visiting before change of ownership due to hatred and resentment of the U. S.expressed by the last owner. Have tried the new ownership a few times over the last 12 months. Tonight was told 15 minutes until my phone order would be ready to pick up. Presented at the counter and was completely ignored because someone of different ethnicity presented after my approach. After they had been served, I was told to wait. My order was then entirely problematic to counter staff who could not work out a correct price.
5 years ago among many orders from there I spent a few hundred on Kebabs for a teenage son's Birthday, and ordered food ad-hoc on many other occasions.
Tonight this place treated me like an Infidel in Saudi Arabia, manners count for nothing here. Lost my business forever.

Responds with lies. Only began listening after problem raised with bill. Little girl did not ask for box, she asked for bill which the adult paid by tapping cellphone after conversation. Your memory fails you and new management are same as old management.

Worst customer service I have come across. Ordered over phone for takeaway. They said food will be ready in 40 min. On my arrival after 40 min, they hadnt even started cooking my order, but were well aware of my order. And gave me an aditional 10 min wait time. And as my food is being prepared, which I could see (BBQ chicken), some other guy of his community comes and orders same food, and he gets the food that was prepared for me. And I was told to wait for 20 more minutes.
Wont go back to this place ever again.

I had a relatively large group dine here, and it was a great experience! The service was prompt, friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic and delivered to the table quickly. I highly recommend this establishment!

The food here is consistently great. It’s always filling and great value. The kebab wraps are generously filled. The lamb is to die for. Service is always of a high standard and it’s clear the owner/ manager keeps a close eye on things. Highly recommend.

Called for pickup take away, it was ready in 15mins! The food tastes good and the price is reasonable.

Purchased $8 bag of chips with our wraps for take away.
Found the large bag we ordered only filled up to black line (i drew) shown in photo.

Not that good. Expensive and bit dirty as well. Table always sticky, water glass was not clean. Not recommended at all.

Sooo good, I had chicken kebab, rice and salad, husband lamb mince kebab …. Both delicious, moist chicken, great spicing.can’t wait to go back

Tasty food but the biryani took way too long to come out. We were told it would be about 20 mins late. Sure. But it was much longer. Unfortunately by that time I wasn't hungry anymore and took it take away. It's all quite a bit too expensive to want to have to do that. It's still tasty though.

Always my go to place if not sure what to eat. Good portion, reasonable price, easy to drive and always available in uber.

Food was worth the price and taste was amazing. We got the mixed kebab and biryani it was tasty but the qabuli palau could do with but more gravy on the shank otherwise very dry.

This place used to be really good with reasonable sized portions. I loved the chicken biryani here. I was really disappointed during my recent takeaway when I orderEd 2 biryani. 3 small pieces of chicken and the accompanying salad was very small.
