Had horrible freezed birthday cake. The sponge was pretty damn old and topping butter had cracks looked like a damn old materials used. Absolute disgusting people serving expired materials.

Please avoid this place, the service they provide is very rude and the sponge of the cake is very old. Doesn't taste fresh at all.

Not happy with the customer service and communication skills of their staff. We ordered our son's birthday cake and it was our second time ordering with them. They made mistakes both times. We wanted a low-height cake 5 inches. To make sure that they understand our requirements we even spoke with the lady who bakes the cake. 3 hours before the pickup time, they called us for an extra charge for making the cake! We agreed on that knowing we didn't have any option. However, the cake we got was the tallest cake they could ever make. It was 5 inches added up on top of their usual size. All I wanted was to avoid a very tall cake which is very inconvenient to cut into pieces. They even didn't follow the design we ordered. Fortunately, the taste was good. So please learn to understand your customer needs and skills to deal with a variety of customers.

Horrible customer service. Such a pain ordering. The person who I talked to didn't even have manners. Don't recommend after my experience there.

Avoid going there by all means. I simply wanted to pick up my cake which was fully paid. And I had proof of payment. But just because I didn't remember the serial number. They refused to give me. Overall a very bad customer service experience. Definitely not going there again.

Ordered since Friday for Sunday and looks like its made with no time, the taste is better then last time but looks so poorly made not much love.forgot to put the name as well

I went there today, Looking for birthday cake. The lady behind the counter was rude and racist. She was said, They only have a birthday cake on the display cabinet. I was ask if I can order birthday cake for Friday then she said I can not accept the order.
I'd rather order from a cheesecake shop.

Went in there once and the staff barely wanted to talk to or acknowledge me. Made to feel very uncomfortable.

Ordered Birthday cake including Cupcakes. Excellent job, Cake was exactly as I ordered and even had extra nice touches to it. Everybody loved it on birthday. Cupcake was perfect size and very moist. The Bakery has additional cakes, and sweets to buy on the spot. Excellent customer service, good value for money. Always with smile. I am the new regular customer now.
I give it 10 and will be back again and again.

I don’t understand as why some customer gave negative review. I guess they have never tried fresh cake in their life or paying for it for the first time ever in their life, well if you ask to make it cheap then you get what you paid for. They find problem with every solution.

Not good in pricing because I bought few time a cream roll every time they charge different amount but actually all the bought the same quantity today I tried to buy a 4 pieces but the said we will charge the per piece $ 2 which not worth is for $2 per piece because all the the is different Weight from one another totally not happy from pricing

The cake i took for my wife's baby shower program, was so yummy that guests did not leave any pieces for me. I shall go there again amd again.

Bought a cake disgusting and look like was baked over a week ago. Will never go there again. They just want money, if it is so old f… through it away don’t sell
