Saints Kitchen reviews
79Breakfast was delicious. Didn't like the tomato relish too much cinnamon. Very busy definitely recommend to friends
Saints Kitchen is lovely. The food is awesome, great value, presented beautifully and tastes delicious.
Only thing I would say is it can be a bit loud, which is fine, just bringing that to people’s attention.
I booked online and it was super easy as I had a specific request that had been accommodated. The service was quick and the meal was very tasty. While we there the shopping centre had a fire alert it was comforting to see the efficiency of the staff to evacuate the dining room. My party and I will dine there again
Quite busy so can be quite loud.
Food was satisfactory, albeit a bit on the pricey side
Partner and I went to Saints Kitchen last night for the first time and was absolutely blown away by how awesome everything was, from the food to the customer service, left an extremely great impression on us
We ordered the Halloumi fries, Meat Lovers Pizza and Cheesy Garlic Bread. My partner remarked “These are the best Halloumi Fries I’ve had in my life! ”. The Pizza as well was just delightful, real heap of toppings on it and made just right!
Best of all, was the customer service! We were waiting at the front queue for a table, a staff member (I think his name was Danny? Big fella and really awesome dude!) directed us to the vacant tables on the quieter side of the venue and was very attentive to serving us, getting us to bypass the queue and the main counter and ordering from another counter to save us time. He was excellent, and full credit to him for ensuring we enjoyed our visit to Saint’s Kitchen. We will be back!
(Everyone else, please go to this place and try it out and ignore the 1-Star reviews, they read as complete and total bull**** by those who submit it, either outright lies or just ignorant bashing from 1 review faceless people of the internet)
Rang twice to confirm booking for 7, got there and they had only room for 6 on a table for 4, they moved a table over and then came back in 5 minutes and took it away saying we only booked for 6. Rude waitress didn't want to listen that I had booked for 7. Went to pay for the meal and there was a table for 4 with only 2 people at it, asked the guy behind the counter if he could move that table over for us. He said see what he can do. Near the end of eating another waitress came over and said sorry there were no spare tables.
On leaving the table that has 2 people still only had 2 with a spare table free. So aswell as be rude they are also liers. I will say the food was nice, but customer service is rubbish. And you can tell they don't care what people say they just walk away. They should could the shop"Karen" because it feels like one of those franchises.
Will not recommend to anyone.
They are busy waited an hour for our meal, only to have under cooked eggs and bacon cold. After speaking to staff who were rude and not very accommodating, our meal come back over cooked bacon and eggs still not cooked.
At least the manager took the effort to see our the rest of our meal were. No offer of refund on at least the one breakfast. Will come back to try again. Hopefully a better experience next time.
My 91 year old Dad and I called in for what was a delicious lunch! We both had the Sliders with chips served by very friendly, smiling staff.
The only reason I held back on 5 stars for atmosphere was the acoustics made it a bit tricky to hear, but that's certainly not a problem!
A solid cafe experience. The coffee was delicious and serving sizes larger than expected. The service was prompt, friendly and attentive.
Star deducted only on the basis of price, it was not cheap. $70+ for two drinks and 2 mains seemed a little steep. However I'd happy come back for the coffee alone.
45 Min wait for food the soft drink taste likehome brand cola and flat. Food was average waste of $75 waitress was meh at best
This new cafe/restaurant has a excellent atmosphere. Both outdoor and indoor seating. The menu has a great variety of dishes available and they are very filling for a good price. The drinks menu has cocktails, a variety of other alcohol drinks and soft drinks. Highly recommended!
I would NOT recommend!
Wasted $70 for two meals each with a drink. They stuffed up my chai latte order which ended up tasting like watered down milk with a hint of cinnamon.
My salt and pepper squid was chewy and tough, had no flavour and tasted like flour. It left a gross film feeling in my mouth that made me feel sick.
My partner got a parmi which was also very average and he did not enjoy.
Food was definitely not at a standard to be serving to the public!
Staff were not rude, but we’re not friendly, helpful or welcoming either.
It was a very disappointing experience and I will not be returning.
Delicious food. Ordered eggs Benedict and took only 10 minutes to come out, the toast was nice and crunchy and the food was nice and fresh.
Food has been delicious on each of our visits! The service is always very friendly and very efficient too. Highly recommend.
Food was tasty, cocktails were fantastic DELICIOUS! Service was good.was a bit of a wait for our food but it was worth it.
Got a really rude young women at front counter when I was served a few weeks back, I left feeling really uncomfortable and would never go back.
She was disgraceful so that is what has put me off from ever coming back
Been here a couple of times now and have not disappointed with meals. Food is amazing and great drink specials. Would recommend to anyone.
Had dinner on Mother’s Day
Our family arrived at 5: 20 for our 5: 30pm booking. Was told kindly there is a 2hr seating limit. We ordered straight away our mains and dessert. Mains came promptly.
At 6: 10 we told the server that they can start serving the dessert at anytime as we were almost done with our mains. She smiled and said she will check with the chief
At 6: 35pm another girl came over to say we need to leave in 20min as our table has other guests coming at 7!? !? !
We were very confused as at this point we have only been there for 1hr and 5min.
We explained that we were still waiting on dessert. She went away to check to say it will be another 15min. Dessert finally came and our young kids only had 10min to SCOFF down their burnt desserts. We were reminded again we had to leave in 10 min!
Never had we had such a rushed and unpleasant dinner service.
I've been to Saints Kitchen quite a few times, brunch, lunch, dinner and just coffee and never had a bad plate of food or a bad coffee. I have nothing bad to say. Prefer the indoors than the outdoor seating area, pity there's a carpark and no foliage at all, but what can you do.sit inside ;-)
I won't go to Saints at the moment, too many of the staff don't wear masks.sorry guys: (
Welcomed to Saints by a smiling young lady holding the door open for us was a very good first impression. Service was great and food was awesome. Can’t fault anything here.
