Great service, needed to move a difficult load and these guys made it easy, highly recommend

I have used this company a number of times and have always received great service. The team are courteous and professional, on time and keep in contact with me every step of the way going above and beyond to get the job done. Their rates are very reasonable and I will continue to use their services everytime. No job is too big or too small. Very reliable.

Really nice and friendly staff member was asked to take a recliner chair and another chair to a nursing home. He was asked to take the chairs to the foyer and you would think to let the staff know. SA Taxi trucks told us they knew the drill. Well obviously them don't know the drill.

Well the really nice staff member just dumped the items by the front door and didn't even tell the staff members at the nursing home of his arrival. "Not my job"

Being Nice is 5 stars but doing a job correctly is 0 stars. Service was done a 9am 22/03/2023.26/03/23. In reply to the owners, the nursing home in question only lock the doors after hours where there are limited staff. They knew you were coming because we rang them and followed the nursing homes instructions. The doors open upon the sensor detecting movement registering movement. So not only did the nice driver not only not do the job but he lied to you too as well. I have not seen an intercom at the front door perhaps that because I don't need to use them.

I am happy to meet you on site and show you how to open doors as well. Sounds like the nice staff member was a taxi driver in his past life. Writing to put a spin to make me look incompetent won't work. We appreciated the phone call to say how sorry you were.

John and Craig did an amazing job of moving a roomful of furniture at short notice. They were cheerful, respectful and punctual. I would certainly recommend them and use this service again.

From the first phone call to reception through to completion of the job, this company was only ever impressive. Impressive with professional courtesy at all times not just with me the client but anyone within my sphere of influence like neighbours and family etc.they always listened with intent and had a cheerful demeanour as though they actually enjoyed their work. But the crux of all removals is how much care do they take with my possessions? I felt like they “ owned it”. It looked like they were handling their own stuff; that’s how highly I rated their handling of the move. Very competitive rates too. And they rocked up 5 minutes early! Thanks for making that part of the day as painless and peaceful as it was.

These guys were amazing from booking to delivery! I booked the truck to move some furniture into an Aged Care Home on behalf of my grandmother and they were just so lovely! They squeezed us in on the day to have the items picked up and the driver was so lovely to my grandmother and even took an extra item for her to the aged care home. She was so happy with the service and If I could have given them 6 stars I would have. Thanks you so much!
