I had the lunch special, which was amazing value considering the times we are living in. The food tasted great and you got to select two varieties of salads. Tried the potato fritter as well which tasted excellent, which was fried and salted perfectly. Service was also polite and friendly, keep up the good work, will stop by again next time I'm in the area.

Worst service I have experienced. Been there twice as we thought we would give them a second chance but still couldn't get the order right even when it was quiet today.

Great food, great service. We have started coming here most fortnight’s with people with disabilities. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. So are the fellow customers. The staff chat to the clients. This doesn’t sound huge but I’ve been to many a place where people talk to the carer/worker rather than the person. They don’t rush them to try to serve the next customers. The guys don’t just chat about ‘the chicken shop’ and ‘George Clooney’ as they like to call George on the Friday we visit. It’s the highlight of the day and we’re all very happy

I really want to support local business but every time I go here I wait so long. I was almost the last person there tonight after hearing every other number up to 10 past mine get called to find my order was forgotten. My kids at home upset as I was well over an hour with no option but to wait a little longer without even an apology. I wouldn’t treat any of my customers this way.

Long wait time and forgot to put gravy on my wife roast pack after been told twice to put it on.

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. They young couple that served us were very pleasant and friendly. I added to my burger and it wasn't any problems. The shop is clean and the salads look deliciously fresh we will be back.

This place is ok. Just tried their yiros and didn't like it as that is not how the yiros meant to be. It is not the negative review just need to tell them they should know what actual yiros are like, they were more like just the chicken rolled in pita bread.

Have a great variety of food and is always prepared quickly. Great for gluten sesnsitves as well. Not many places have gluten free calamari and crumbed fish.

Very friendly and a chicken schnitzel with gravy/chips/salad to die for! I ask for a container for the gravy so everything is crisp when you get home, so good!

Food has always been fantastic and the people are lovely. Hopefully they could tell that Thad DeLad's profile was meant to be a stereotype/red flag profile and not the real me lol, loved the response, Thad would never pick just one.

The staff here are lovely, the fish is delicious, the chips are never soggy, always crunchy, and best of all, I can get a Gluten free pineapple fritter! Love this place so much!

Delicious veggie burgers made hot, fresh and great portion. Really great potato fritters and hot chips. We've started coming here for late lunches every time we are heading south. Friendly staff too. Thank you.

Our family have been very loyal customers, ever since The place opened.
We have always recommended their food to all our friends.
BUT. The last 3 times that we have been there, we have been very disappointed with the quality of the food.
You used to have the best fish and chips anywhere, but now the batter is too thick, tastes like cardboar

and the fish is dry. Today my wife had a potato cake and it was inedible. Unless you like eating rocks.
We as a family will not be returning to your store. We hope that you lift your game and get back to the
Best chicken shop around.

Had the worst time ordering online they take the money then not take the order i ring them up then they tell me to come to make the order and want me to pay again even though they have all ready been paid once let alone the 40 min wait times for average food
Best part getting getting a rude reply I never said anything wrong with food but frozen chips and chicken how good can it be good

Ordered 1/4 chicken pack for lunch. Generous serve of delicious BBQ'd chicken, tasty shredded coleslaw. Chips are great with chicken salt on point.
