Rodrigo is an excellent masseur. His skills and approach always deliver great results and relaxation for me. Being an osteopath his process is different and highly effective. I train hard and present with other health conditions. I always feel excellent afterwards (and for several days). I can highly recommend him.

Travelling to Adelaide I found I needed relief from neck and upper back pain. The practitioner was very thorough in the examination and subsequent massage providing relief.

Attended a 90 min remedial massage at Rub Massage Adelaide, my therapist Eliane was really friendly and skilled and I left with my neck feeling so much better. Will be back!

I approached Lee approximately 6 months ago with issues of pulsating migraines and frequent lightheadedness. Lee was able to work out a schedule of trigger point massages to help relieve jaw and neck tension, which alleviated my problem entirely. Lee is an extremely generous and kind soul who takes the time to walk you though exercises that strengthen your muscles in order to reduce your visits to the physio. Her strengths of problem solving and careful attention to detail along with the consideration of her clients feelings and a wonderful disposition make her an essential asset to the Rub massage team. I cannot recommend anyone better to relieve your tension and bring a smile to the rest of your day.

Massage Therapist - Lee Foong
Provides a great remedial/deep tissue massage and gets in to the tight spots of my neck and shoulders and consistent. Have been returning for months now.

I have been going to Rub massage for several years now. I can't rate it highly enough! The staff are friendly, professional and highly skilled. Currently I see Lee regularly and she is AMAZING, whether it is an acute injury or routine massage for injury prevention, I always leave feeling so much better. Highly recommend.

I attended Rub for a massage last week. Miriam is unique, I'm so glad it was her that I saw. I was pretty sore when I went in but somehow she massaged in a way that did not hurt at all, not one bit, yet all of my aches and pains were completely gone! Incredible.
