Restaurant was closed, despite advertising in "EatClub" as being open and taking bookings!

They should close this**** bcoz they don’t care about food or customers we order dinner from them and it took almost 3 hour and the food was half. When we call they even not answer the call not a single time I don’t know what are they doing worst experience never gonna order or recommend again

I ordered 10 naans and 3 mains.my kids are happy they were waiting for order.it was late like 2 hours. I call them they said we are prepairing your order after long time i got.my order when i check order there are only 7 naans they sleeping hungry now and they crying.very bad service

After making an online booking for my girlfriend and myself for dinner last night, and highlighting within the details of the booking that I had purchased a voucher from the Groupon website for a banquet, I arrived at the restaurant. There was no one at the counter and was waiting for at least five minutes. I ended up calling out to the kitchen for the staff's attention, and a gentleman poked let me know "he'll be with me in a minute". Shortly after, a lady came to the counter. I advised of my booking and intention to use the Groupon voucher. She said quite abrubtly that they don't honour Groupon vouchers. No apology was offered and also did not acknowledge my booking, which I found very poor. She said I'd need to apply for a refund through Groupon, which I have done, on my whole experience last night, this showed this establishment was extremely poorly and unprofessionally run. Rude staff indicates a very poorly run restaurant too. And it is there responsibility to advise Groupon immediately if they no longer honour these vouchers so they can be removed from Groupon (which indicates that they can be used until the end of the year, and I can apparently purchase this same voucher from Groupon another 9 times!).

To the owners and staff of this restaurant, you need to have a look at how to run a professional and inviting place, as yours is clearly not!

Ordered food got after 2 hours and still three naan less and especially the vegetables were really bad taste

Orderered dinner from this place yesterday. Most of the food items were too salty. Rice was under cooked. Bhature taste like cooked in reused oil. Only tandoori chicken was good. Expected the same taste of last order.very disappointed.

Not a good range of food, so i dont really reccomend it to south indians. I think it doesn't nicely cater to people of other parts of India. The bathroom isn't clean, which isn't good particularly during covid. Overall, didn't feel like eating and don't want to come back.

Ordered on uber eats, chole bhature, daal makhani and garlic naan. Naan were not crispy, not fresh, look like stale. They just hot the old ones and packed them. All dishes had bad taste. No salt in daal. No pickle and salad with chole bhature. Actually, it was not daal makhani at all and on top of that there was a hair in bhatura. Yuk! I think chef was in hurry. Rather than providing poor quality and taste of food, do not accept order if you are about to close! Not recommended at all. Wastage of money and time!

Used to be very good both food and service but now no one picks up the call to take orders and worst customer service.

It was very quiet the night we dined there, which is a shame. These businesses need more customers.
The food and service was great. Good value for money- there was heaps of left overs we were able to take home.
A couple of the chairs were a bit 'wobbly' and needed attention, but it was easy to swap for another.
Overall, a great dining experience

Ordered chicken biriyani. The food was really salty and the onions uncooked (could taste the rawness). Since it was the second similar experience, although I immediately called the restaurant to address this issue got really unsatisfactory response from them.

I will not like to say more as it was a disappointing dinner night. Of all the indian restaurants I have visited, this was a biggest disappointment. The palce looked so sad, the staffs not even bothered to smile, sleep music going on, forgetting the order oh the list goes on. The toilet smells so bad filthy

The only good thing was the Dahi Wada. The chicken biryani was a basically fried chicken rice!

We booked buffet on Sunday. Food not tastes good. We hate wasting food, but we left more foods in plate, nothing tastes okay.

Just had lunch at the Royal India 70 Woodville road Woodville. The vindaloo I had was perfect, nice heat, spices and the garlic naan bread was fresh. Gave meal and experience 5 star. You will be just as pleasantly surprised.

Not clean and the service was terrible. Please spend your time and money somewhere else. Some dishes were cold and the plates were not clean. And there was not enough food.

Pleasant enough place. Service was good. We found the food a tad salty and the papadams stale. The meal size and the bowls the lamb and goat were served in were pleasing. Garlic Naan - top class.
Very good prices for wine and they do a BYO corkage for only $10. Brilliant If you have your favourite wine to take, do so.
Overall maybe our fault for ordering medium heat as we didn't know what they would serve. We had no heat in meals.
Lacked atmosphere with no music.
A pleasant enough meal but not enough for us to return.
