4Always use Royal gold multigrain atta but this time the quality of flour really bad and roti becomes black and hard

They've also introduced many more locally sourced and processed flours like Besan, Multigrain flour etc. Look for the Royal Gold brand when you visit any Indian Grocery store, you'll be amazed with the range of products.
Rather than buying other brands atta that comes from India, I prefer to buy Royal Gold as it is 100% Australian made. It is definitely same as the normal atta.
Royal Gold Mills extra fine wheat flour is so fine and rotis are so soft.
