Royal Copenhagen Ice Cream Cone Co

I think one the staff girls having bit racist attitude and this happened on 4dec 2023 and I’m a regular customer and it never happened before and i never saw that girl before (they need to do first in first serve but that racism girl she is serving with colour of a customer)

Went here over the weekend on such a busy night. All the staff were so lovely even while keeping up with the line. Ice cream was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely be coming back

Great selection of ice creams to choose from. My personal favourite is their cookie and cream.
Recently tried their waffle. Was really nice and soft.
And the staff is super lovely.

For a nice March evening, it's the first time I have this place without a queue out the door and along the footpath. It was nice icecream too!

Good service to lend picnic mat for customers. Love pine passion sorbet ice-cream, very refreshing!

Really impressed with the quick service I had on Saturday night. It was super busy down at Henley and had to que. Staff handled it so well, que progressed quickly and staff were friendly and big smiles despite the pressure.

Nice ice cream choices and they had allergy and dietary options available too. Although prepare to wait in line on warm sunny days.

This is a place where all lovely angels works. This is the place where the magic happens. Good vibes.

Came in the other night to get chocolate thick shakes, girl serving was so friendly and service was fast as well

Seriously some of the best customer service i’ve had for years! Staff who are full of smiles and genuinely happy to be there and help. And thats before even tasting the ice cream! Cappucino is delicious and the lemon sorbet is great. Make sure you get the cone dipped in chocolate too!

I buy two scoops of ice cream but they charge me three scoops price. I will not buy any in your place again.

Came here with a few friends of mine as we all had a lovely experience as the lady she was really nice and friendly as the ice cream was delicious even though i need to ask for vegan ice cream next time as i am lactose intolerant but my ice cream was delicious. As my friend had a waffle and ice cream as she really enjoyed it

Love it. Kids never let us go Henley Beach without visiting, that's my excuse anyway. Loads of great flavors, thick shakes and doughnuts also good.

Friendly staff, great with kids. Small warm place to sit. Great tasting icecream, small variety of flavours.

Delicious, made on site, free dipped choc on the cone if you like (we liked) and good flavours, not sugary sweet. Nice service. Lovely!

Our favourite Ice-cream store by far - we even wait in line for ten minutes if we have to on a hot summer's night

Place seems to be going downhill. It appears the owner doesn't want to put any effort into it. Great staff but run down appearance and artificial Ice-cream is a let down.
