Useless store that AGAIN didn't have any of the advertised 'special' that I travelled there to specifically get. And to receive a totally negative, careless attitude when I enquired.

Such a beautiful Shop and staff. They solve the queries in seconds. Really appreciated with their work.

Went in to buy eggs today and grabbed by mistake some eggs that were expired 5 days ago. When I went back in to exchange them there was a whole section of a branded eggs that were on special and expired for days. This is very dangerous. This isn't the first time, my wife picked some produce up some time ago and again had to go back and exchange it due to being expired. Not good enough.

Worst customer service. Young girls working there are rude, show no interest and have conversations with each other whilst serving.

Not sure what's happened to this store apart from a name change. Dark, dingy, lots of empty shelves.need a torch to see meat section. Uninterested staff. Used to be a locals go to shop.unfortunately won't any more.

The owners and staff are very friendly, All the shelves are full and looks like ready for easter, very clean and easy to shop and go vibes in the store. New owner is doing a great job at this place. I would recommend everyone should try them now.

Good amount of food for such a small-ish store. It's a lifesaver when you need a kinder suprise at 10: 35pm or something. I appreciate that they're there and that the fruit is sometimes pretty good

Awful, from the customer 'service' to the shockingly overpriced and low grade fruit and vegetable. Only shop here if you have no other alternatives. Go to your nearest Aldi, Coles or Woolworths instead.

They're open till 11pm each night. So a great place to do some shopping when other stores close early!

You guys need to reread your contract with SALotteries because I am pretty sure that you would find yourself in breach of your contract with them. You cant tell customers that your terminal isn't working at 6.30pm on a Saturday afternoon when it clearly is. Strewn around the machine is evidence that it is definitely working and the screen facing customers shows that it is working perfectly well. Staff left two separate customers standing waiting for a considerable amount of time before telling them that the machine is not working. On numerous occasions I have been refused Lotteries service at this location with multiple excuses. The most frequently used excuse is that they are counting the till. We were all turned away with no time to find another outlet to place our lotteries tickets for no other reason than the staff couldn't be bothered finding someone to serve us.simple. Consider this the straw that broke the camels back for me. I won't be back!

It's kinda small but has almost everything you need there. The car parking can get a bit packed if people are parking there, but not shopping there

Went with my mother and my two kids for shopping… after we came out and was sitting on the bench outside one of the worker came and said they calling you inside because you have stolen something. We went back in and offered if they want to check our pram our bags whatever but they were like we think you did not pay for everything. The workers with the No name badges stood there very confused and they were not sure themselves. Understand, There is a regulation that you have to show bags when you go in the shop and when you come out of the shop not when you’re sitting outside and they can take you in and interrogate.
Such a shame for this business. Holding me my old mother and two kids just because they think that we didn’t pay for something while they can’t even prove and are confused them selves. Still, they claim to be a family owned business running for families.
Anyone going there next time please be careful, you might be interrogated for no reason.

So my partner just got home from your store and told me the manager just accused her at the counter that she didnt pay for a couple of packs of meat that she had amongst a bunch of other items.the girl serving my partner backed up my partner in saying that she did infact pay for them. "oh ok" he says, no apology no nothing and walks off.lucky for him i wasnt there.plenty of other supermarkets to go to in the area.this guy should be fired!

More a late trading convenience store than a super market. Big margins on items. Arnott biscuits at supermarkets $2.30 here $4.39. Farmers union 2lt any supermarket $4.30 tops, here $6.90. Cat food $1 which is fair but it’s been 15 years since I’ve seen cans that need can openers

The beauty of this supermarket is that it open up at 6am and it closes at 12 midnight. Helps shift workers like me to shop in odd times. More over it's open on public holidays as well. Newly renovated shop front looks awesome.

Staff are really friendly and there is hardly any wait in line. Not many choices of products available but prices are really affordable! Great for cheap snacks.

Never has what I want, and a little bit pricey. But they treated me well, when I did ask nicely.

My visit to this store was to say the least, the worse experience I have ever encountered in customer service, and this coming from the store manager, Sahid. When Sahid had finished texting on his mobile, I then asked him if he had any whole cabbages on hand, to which he replied 'yes' but was quick to say his store only sells cut cabbage. I told Sahid I was happy to pay for 2 halves as long as it was kept whole. Sahid said he was unable to sell me a whole cabbage unless it was cut. He outrightly refused to assist me with what I wanted and this is why I have given a 1 star rating, which is more than generous. I definitely will NEVER shop here again and will definitely warn my friends and colleagues to do the same. Maybe Sahid needs to be retrained on what good leadership looks like as he definitely has no idea of how to treat customers. Poor form IGA.
