Such a small shop, yet jam-packed with lots of high quality products with a strong italian influence. Has two convenient spots to park and lock your bike. Fantastic!

Sometimes good and sometimes not so good to expensive feels like I'm getting ripped off on different weeks which I have noticed not happy

What a wonderful little supermarket. Really friendly and helpful staff. I'm not a local and not familiar with the store layout but a young lady, Alex was more than helpful and patient helping me find a few of the items I couldn't.

A small supermarket which is great for essential items at similar prices of large chain supermarkets.
A good range of stock with a service deli and fresh bakery items.

I always stop here to buy their roast chicken. Not fatty and still juicy. Highly recommended cooked chicken.

It’s a different fiodland atmosphere where I used to go. The place is more welcoming and people are top class friendlier than other. Yes smile bring a Brighter day for all of us. I like it here. Perfect.

Food CONSTANTLY past date or mouldy, check to date of everything you buy. We've reported it to the head office, we've reported it to the store, nothing gets done about it, they're happy to blame COVID short staffing on food being past date but dont do anything to address. Today I bought pasta a year and a half past it's best before date.

First time going to this Foodland as i’m new to the area and thought this could be my new go to food shopping spot but boy was i mistaken. First of all i have never had such rude and disrespectful customer service in my life and i’m happy to name and shame, workers name was Alex she looked at me and my kids with disgust and when i asked her where i could find something she ignored me and walked away. I caught her pointing at my disabled daughter and laughing with another co worker and it broke my heart. There was another lady didn’t catch her name who was more than happy to help and did apologies for the that other ignorant workers behaviour saying she’s always like that, which if she is then she’s ruining the business. The prices compared to other supermarkets is quite and increase but I understand it’s like that with most local food lands. I never write reviews but the attitude of this employee just doesn’t sit well with me and I hope she gets a talking to, not good enough Alex.

Check use by dates! On many occasions over the years I have found food out of date or bought it home after not realising the due date had passed. Moldy cheese, eggs way passed their due date and fritz gone brown. Have raised with store managers and regional manger. “Sorry” then it just happens again.

Great customer service, blonde checkout girl, I think her name was Alex, was lovely and assisted me with finding what I needed.

Guessing the person was the store manager, rude! I attended the store in a friendly, happy manner whilst on oxygen. The person who was about to serve wasn’t wearing a mask (as no longer required) however due to my circumstances I asked if he could put a mask on. The service person was friendly and happy to do so however the store manager was more concerned that it wasn’t required. It is a sad place to feel that customer circumstances weren’t considered. I applauded the service checkout operator as he did put a mask on to help protect me and make me feel safer. One star as my experience from management was uncomfortable and a blatant disregard to my health.

Horrible staff specially that fat dude with needs to learn some manners how to treat your customers not again

Actually pretty good. Quite a lot of good fresh produce, a good deli area and a broad range of groceries. Sometimes the staff are a bit difficult to pin down but overall a good place to shop.

Rubbish customer service! I was waiting second in line (at the end) at the only checkout open. After 5 minutes, I was still second and there were 2 others behind me. A large bald employee with a long beard was walking near the checkouts. The long queue was obvious. Then he walked away. Another customer joined the line. The checkout girl requested help on the intercom. No one came for around 4 minutes. Now there were 6 in line. The bald guy walked extremely slowly to a vacant checkout. REALLY slowly! He got into position, faced forwards not looking at the people and just stood there! After 20 seconds he relunctantly said. Next.in a very quiet voice!
Disgraceful, lazy, unprofessional, attitude and pathetic zero customer service! I won't bother going to this supermarket anymore. Romeos is just down the road.

This place always has the good Italian stuff that you can't find at the larger supermarkets. High quality as well. Also, the fresh bread is great. Usually good staff as well.

Prices keep going up, we shopped there for years, no specials anymore, no good for us on pensions, go elsewhere.

It was closed -meant to open at 11 but was going to open at 12. So we went to the OTR opposite the Foodland instead

Something can be over priced and car park can be hard to get out of due to position on main road right next to an intersection.

Good staff.very polite help full go daily see if I can bag a bargain.just like shopping there as it cheap and nice place
