Only ever had the tofu bowl and it was lovely. Today thought I would try the meat pretty disappointed dim sims laced with soya sauce in container uneatable, straight in bin chicken skewers smelt horrible. Straight in the bin, Pork rubbery, lots and lots of oil, smelt and tatsed horrible only nice thing was the noddles and vegetables.

Never get any crackling after constantly asking for it. Why call it a crackling pork roll when theres never any crackling just soggy fatty pork

So yummy, even ordering on Uber eats the food quality is top notch. Love the spicy beef noodle soup, banh mi is gold tier, and I especially love their steamed dim sims. So tasty and everything always tastes fresh with a lovely blend of cultural spices

Everything I’ve tried has been hot and delicious. To the point I have to stop myself for going daily!
The staff are great, I love their prices and there’s ample parking behind or in front of the shop.
The interior is a strange set up. There’s not a lot of room to stand and wait and it is regularly busy but it’s well worth it.
There’s a table and chairs out the front u can sit on to eat but it’s right near the main road so it can get noisy.

Banh Mi have always made the perfect pork roll every time without fault, the bread roll is always perfect with just the right amount of crispness and just the right amount of softness and of course the fillings are also just perfect, this is where experience and expertise has continued for quite some time to make a consistant product that always pleases.

Really excellent value for money and top Banh Mi's in this area. Their dim sims are good as are the spring rolls. They seem to be constantly preparing fresh food so there are no signs of yesterday's leftovers. Top rate place and i have been there many times.

Delicious food every time and lovely friendly service. There is often a waiting line up which is a great indication of the standard. It's never a very long. I highly recommend the food.

Seriously delicious food! We tried the beef phô, chicken salad bowl, spring rolls, and the Vietnamese iced coffee. All of it fresh and tasty. We will definitely be back for more

Absolutely the best Banh MI's
I had a last minute event were I required 20 Banh MI's to be made. They accepted without hesitation even though many other shops before said no, so a huge thank you to the staff there. Along with ordering so many last minute the flavours were incredible and they have to be the best Banh mi's I've ever had. I'll definitely be back for more.

We've tried a few things off the menu now and everything has always been amazing. Great flavours, super fresh ingredients and great pricing.

Ordered vegetarian spring rolls and bahn mi - requested no patè as it's not vegetarian. They still put patè on it, and the spring rolls had meat in them, so I could not eat it and wasted money. Won't go back unfortunately.

I work in construction and have tried Bahn mi all over the city, this is definitely one of the best.

You need to learn customer service. Having me stand there for two minutes why you chit chatted on the phone. At the same time the other lady just stood there like a statue and totally ignored me. Extremely poor service
