That’s the worst pho in Adelaide I can said!
Even the cold roll is not tasty!
Trust me don’t waste your money!

Chicken was foul smelling and tasting. I thought it could be the soy.
Sadly I had very bad diarrhoea.
The thing that sucks is that it's happened a few times but I couldn't pin point it. 3rd times the charm. Do not eat here.

Submitted a very large order for office staff. Chose an item that was clearly on the menu to discover later it was no longer offered, no big one, chose another one.

So instead of adjusting our very large order, Roll'd, in their wisdom, decided to cancel the entire order. Well done Roll'd.

Re-submitted the order, it will now be over 1/2 hour later than previously planned. Not suitable considering some had meetings to attend at 1pm. This is why we submitted the order many hours earlier to arrive at 12 noon.

Asked to have every dish marked so we knew 'what was what'. This did not happen. Well done Roll'd.

Asked for NO coriander on a number of dishes.this request was ignored. Well done Roll'd. You are clearly on a 'Roll' today.

Advice to Roll'd. Pay attention to what your customers ask for. We will no longer be using this Roll'd outlet.

I’m left dumbfounded after my experience today. I ordered veggie spring rolls, the first one was great, definitely a veggie spring roll- super tasty. As I took a bite of the second one I gagged and had to spit it into the bag as it was clearly containing chunks of seafood. As someone who hasn’t eaten meat of any kind in years I absolutely know that it was! So I took them back and politely explained what had happened to the staff, and after a minute or two one of the ladies comes up to me holding a uncooked seafood spring roll and saying “see they are different” they looked EXACTLY the same! I said trust me there is seafood in that half bitten spring roll please look or even smell it it was so obvious that there is. She just kept denying it could be seafood, despite the fact there was chunks of prawn or something in the bag and the spring roll I was trying to show her. In the end I left and said I don’t want them. But I’m appalled I spent money on something I couldn’t eat, no solution was offered, no accountability from the business no offer of even cooking me 2 fresh veggie spring rolls. Clearly that’s not how you run a business, I’m not silly I am 100% certain there was seafood in that spring roll. It’s just not good enough at all.

Food are tasty. I had mixed (chicken & beef) pho in the bowl. Soup is tasty and portion is reasonable. However I think the sauce is not enough. The fresh chillie is super hot! Watch out Service wise is okay. We ordered cold rolls as well and they are tasty too. But again, not enough sauce.

The most expensive and the worst Banh Mi I’ve eaten. Won’t come back again. I’ll give a negative 5-star if possible.

At first, I can’t taste any smell of liver paste and chicken oil sauce like other Bahn Mi I’ve eaten in other stores. Secondly, the roasted pork and BBQ chicken taste very plain. Can you imagine this is the most expensive Banh Mi costing $11 with a flavour of $5? Anyone loves Banh Mi will give the same negative review as me.

I’d like to advice the owner to take some marketing investigation on other Vietnamese restaurants and improve the tastes of meat and sauce. Do you know one of the most famous Vietnamese Bakery named Bun Bun in Springvale, Melbourne only sells Bahn Mi at a price of $8.5? If you believe your price is reasonable, prove it with extraordinary flavour to your customers.

Not recommended wasted money and time. They do not clean the table and roasted pork is not fresh.

Just visited Rolled at Burnside village. Ordered three chicken bahn mi's each with extra chilli and a soup noodle bowl with special pepper and chilli. The three bahn mi's were sloppy, the bread roll was mush and there was absolutely no chilli in them. The soup noodle bowl wasn't supplied with any soup, and no special pepper or chilli. Bland, sloppy, tasteless and totally over rated. They charge a premium too! $12 for each banh mi. We can get them for $7 at Freville. Beware of this place, 4 meals ordered and all of them a big fail!

BBQ Chicken Bahn Mi was atrocious - sloppy, salty and full of coriander stalks. Chicken wings were over-cooked and bland. The meat in the Lemongrass Beef Bahn Mi was grey So bad.

Service below average, ordered 2 noodle bowls and got home with 2 rice bowls. Roast pork tasted old and hard, pretty sure was re-heated from day before.very disappointed.

This is the result of mass expansion and corporate progression. Unfortunately the true essence of Vietnamese cuisine which includes taste and value have disappeared in the search of creating a profit and keeping afloat the many franchises that constitute the corporate structure of Roll'd. This is one of the most expensive Vietnamese rolls you can buy and at that one of the worst I've had. Large piece of crusty bread filled with dry overcooked pork with a skin that is somehow half soft and half crispy. The fellow ingredients or lack of provided a disappointing, lacklustre experience most likely pinpointed to the fact there was little to no coriander and a pessimistic quantity of sauce/mayo/pate that did not provide adequate lubrication and moisture to the sandwich. Overall it was a large piece of crusty, with pork that had not much moisture than the bread itself and some pickled daikon and carrot. The small independent Vietnamese roll establishments are tastier and cheaper.
With that being said the cold rolls are satisfying and tasty however in my opinion too expensive for what you get.
Unfortunately this is what happens when the corporate mind gets hold of something that in its most simple form should be good value, delicious and made by some old Vietnamese lady who doesn't speak great English but always takes great care of the customer and has pride in their creation.

A few years ago, I had an unpleasant experience eating rolls here. Recently, I found that their Uncle's Best Fried Rice Pork is yummy and worth recommending.

I ordered the roast pork Bahn mi, the quality of the pork was very average, it was much too strong and smelly. The overall composition of the roll was very basic - no sauces included. Not planning on returning again

Had the dumpling soup. Honestly, the food wasn't bad for eat in - taste and texture were good. I think they're just screwing up their delivery orders and paying the price with all the one star reviews.

I bought 4 rice paper rolls, 2 beef and 2 duck and they were all fresh & yummy. The issue with this shop is clear when you are getting served, they are overworked, overwhelmed and understaffed. The kitchen and whole shop was so messy and unorganised. The only guy serving was so miserable and so stressed out, and there was a line with 10 people waiting to be served. This shop needs new owners! Do yourselves a favour and sell. But I’ll still be back when visiting burnside because I love Rolld and it’s no longer in the city, we need need a shop up North.

Quality and taste goes down compared to other superb options close by.

Not bad, but not superb either in my view.

The worst Viet food I have ever had - no wonder the reviews are so low! Rude staff who you feel like you’re interrupting when ordering. Food likely to give you food poisoning, it’s old, stale & BLAND.
While my boyfriend is not one to complain about food, after 1 hour of consuming your food, he vomited everything up!

I will NEVER return, disgusting.
