8Walked in today to get lunch on the run, walked up to the counter and waited until a woman sitting at the table next to me on her phone, who I assumed was a customer, got up and said "yes? " This was not a good start. She continued to play on her phone whilst I asked about a lunch combo. She didn't have the answer so she just yelled to the people out the back. Once I had ordered she sat on her phone a while longer until someone else came out and made the roll. After 5 more minutes my iced coffee was ready. The roll was stale but the filling was tastey (the reason for the 3 stars). The iced coffee was 80% ice. 2 sips max. For $11 and 15 minutes I was pretty underwhelmed. Wouldnt eat in as the floor was sticky, flies were everywhere and it was very hot in there. Maybe I'm just spoilt by my local.
It is rare that I give a five star review of anything, however Roll To Go has thoroughly impressed. Of the two-dozen or so Vietnamese restaurants/takeaways that I have tried, Roll To Go prepared one of the most delicious meals I have had in a long while. Both their vegetarian and meat dishes are exquisite.
To top it all off the service staff are delightful; a well earned 5 stars!

This was a place that we use to go a lot. But my recent visit was after 6 months and got to know that the management has changed. I ordered banh mi as usual but the experience was not the same. My wife ended up having food poisoning, she ordered satay chicken and I lost hydration, my mouth was dry throughout the day. There was nothing to fault with the previous management. Sorry, but I won't be coming back.
I love every visit here. The staff are awesome and I get some yummy Vietnamese lunch and a delicious coffee. Definitely worth a try.
First time here and Fiona was so lovely! Treated me like an old friend and the Bahn mi is delicious! Definitely going back
