15I booked an appointment with Dr Thomas Lim and had no issues with reception. They bulk billed and explained everything. Dr Thomas Lim was excellent and he even gave me a follow up call to run through some finer details.
Dr. Medhat Ghoraba Khalifa- Dr Mak has been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable with his treatment and advice for our family. Thanks Dr Mak
I have been a patient of Dr. Samuel Elliott’s since i was 13-14, now 35 I have spent many hours on public transport just to see Dr. Elliott. He is very knowledgeable and uses a client-centred approach. Dr. Elliott continues to go above and beyond for his patients which is sadly not something that is readily available anymore.
All the staff were very friendly, and the service was great. The doctors were kind, willing to help and gave helpful advice regarding treatment. Environment was very comfortable and I highly recommend.
Appalling service and I say this as a former practice nurse. Do not go here unless you want to be condescended to by both the medical and administration team. This is not a patient centred practice.
First of all, I rarely leave negative reviews, but I can’t let this one pass.
I was mistakenly booked at this place by Clinpath people. Not knowing that yet, I called Riverside clinic to confirm it and I was shocked by how Renee spoke with me on the phone before “hanging up” on me. I called back as she didn’t even let me speak in the first place, and she told me to stop calling her and hang up on me AGAIN! Yep, twice!
Renee, if you hate your job, please look for a different one where you can actually be of service. Preferably one that you don’t work with customer service.
Nothing but full praise for this surgery and team are fantastic careing people.

Doctors are really good! My wife been visiting doctor Sam for years. He is one of the best doctors in Adelaide. We were really disappointed with the reception staff. Especially the Asian lady who was so rude over the phone. We are going through some tough time. She needs to be sympathetic and have care for people. If you don’t want to deal with people find another job.

Great staff very good services available from nurse to physicians in a variety of areas all under one roof. A range of doctors available as well Male and Female to assist patients with their quality of care and treatment it's a safe place and l have been using the lead Dr for many years and locations l would follow him anywhere great service and care. Brilliant.
Doctors are really good! But was really disappointed with the reception when we rang up for my three year old who had a high fever for a couple of days, the reception just told us very bluntly there were no appointment available even though we have been visiting the same doctor for quite a while! Ended up visiting a different clinic which was fully booked, but their reception cared enough to ask us what was the issue and squeezed us in within half an hour!
Always been treated five stars, my clinic since 2011, and don't want others!

So my pruner booked an appointment for me, gave my number to them. They never sent me a txt to confirm so I didn’t know the date and time. Rude lady called me asking where I was and said I missed the appointment. I said I wasn’t aware of an appointment or maybe it slipped my mind there’s no txt for confirmation. Lady said ‘well the doctor couldn’t see you. ’. I said. ‘Well that’s ok someone saw the doctor and didn’t wait long because I missed it’. Lady hung up. Called the practice spoke to the manager who was a complete narcissist, condescending, and argumentative. ‘Ohh it’s not usual to send patients txt messages to remind them’ she recons. Oh? You don’t have patients with dementia/other disorders effecting their memory/Anxiety/or simply just busy? She continues ‘its unusual for patients to kiss appointments’. ‘Really? ’ I ask. ‘Mmmm’ she says in a condescending tone. ‘So my friends a GP and her patients are sometimes late and miss appointments, yet you say it’s unusual? ’. ‘Mmmm’ the old bag says again.
The manager forgets customer is key to business, without customers they don’t get any business. They are not entitled to receive business, it’s a privilege. Don’t go here, rude staff who’s behaviour is only supported and taught by the rude manager. I’d hate to see what the doctors are like. If all they care about is pushing patients through and getting money then how many diagnosises have they missed?
I took my young Grace to see a Dr. We had an appointment for Dr. Sales at 4pm. We battled after school traffic & got there, said hello to lovely girls at reception at 3.57! We sat down for 3 mins.then a very lovely friendly lady Dr. Dr. Sales came out asking for Grace! It was an amazing little meeting, she was fantastic with Grace + good with dad too':) 'Would have to be the nicest going to the Doctor experience I have ever had, I'm 49:)
