Had to work through some issues but the pool looks amazing. The installers did an amazing job getting the pool level for the crane to drop it in.

Best decision I ever made. Signed contract earlier in the year and now waiting for tenants to get out so we can build. *sigh*

Mark has gone beyond what most will, girls in the office any time I go in are always busy but more then happy to chat. Bring on 2022, that black pool can come home.

They are crooks. Bad mouth other businesses and then install pools not as per their plans, and then charge you to fix their mistakes.

Great after sale service. I had an issue with the Chlorinator. I rang once and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and got a service organized in a short time. It is all fixed without any hassle.

Recent install of Riverina, Calypso 8m x 4m pool, Aldinga Beach. Quality install, great contractors and follow up with the office staff, thorough documentation supplied. Saltwater, auto dosing system. Highly recommend. Riverina side completed, waiting for paving and fencing now.

Riverina Pools in Adelaide deliver a great product with fantastic customer service. Their professional expertise and advice in dealing with challenging engineering problems was above that of their competitors in foreseeing issues and suggesting mitigation strategies, resolving problems and always providing direct and responsive communications on where the project was at. They have excellent installation teams and work really well with builders in coordinating homes under construction. We would very highly recommend Riverina Pools, and their service team and installation team.

I ordered a Riverina pool back in August in a hope that we might be able to have a cool Christmas and get rid of all the bad luck of 2020. I was given a 'very likely' kind of pinky promise before placing my order. I was too naiive and credulous about that. Now it's November, I'm still struggling to hear from Riverina about when the pool is going to be installed. Finally, I was told that the installation is not gonna happen until April (hopefully) because they are all fully booked. Wow, good business! But.poor me! The reality is, the pool is manufactured in WA and people interstate may not be lucky to have their pools transported to their towns as fast as they would imagine. So, if you fancy a Riverina pool and you are not lucky enough to be located in WA, allow yourself 8 months or more time to wait. Don't blame the COVID, it affected Victoria and NSW but not so much WA and other part of Australia. Anyway, you might be less financially stressed when the pool is eventually put in your ground.

Thank you to all involved from planning to completion and everything in between. Staff were always happy to help and answer any questions. Definitely recommend Riverina Pools to anyone considering purchasing a pool!

Our experience with Riverina pools began with a reference from our builder as a reputable company to work with so we decided to give Riverina a go. From the onset of our relationship with Riverina we realised the high level of customer service and personalised approach to dealing with customers. Mark, Sian and the team were extremely helpful and professional right throughout the process. We especially appreciated their patience and understanding especially when making decisions around colours and the look of the pool and coping. Their prices were competitive and they also provided some upgrades depending on which promotions were running at the time. But most importantly Riverina were there from beginning to end providing support and advice with a high level of professionalism. They are a company who are keen to ensure all aspects of the pool are compliant with regulations and are very familiar with working with various councils in Adelaide. This too gave us peace of mind regarding compliance. Riverina's customer service was also great with follow-up post the handover to ensure everything was working ok. Wonderful sales communication.

Felt like once contracted, no genuine care or honest service or communication with process for our Family, after many attempts to manage what is or isn't happening.

Install possibly on hold, but unaware due to office not communicating and demand for full payment prior to anything else.

Deposits and contractual obligations met both side, but still not confident due to communications.

Hired fencing, digging, plumbing on standby by owners of site and Riverina not confirmed until full costs are paid.

Not satisfactory until these pool Professionals confirm what they are doing in this transaction.

Great service and a great product. Prompt and professional service. Our pool went in with a minimum of fuss.

My advice is to steer clear of this company. We paid a deposit 9 months before anything happened. From then it was constant phone calls, visits and endlessly being told it was out of their hands you have to wait until there is enough orders for a truck to be delivered from Perth. The manager NEVER contacted us despite us constantly asking when are pool will be delivered. In the end we took someone else's pool as ours was going to be too late.
After it being delivered and installed we had to fight an invoice sent to us re crane fees being higher than planned.yet we didnt in the end need or have a crane.
Go elsewhere! !

Highest quality fibreglass pool I have ever experienced, so stylish yet so practical, with the H202 instead of Chlorine was a great suggestion in the pool also.
