Excellent staff! Very friendly and helpful, allowed us to bring our dog in to try jackets on for size. She now has a lovely raincoat and comfy pjs - well done ladies, as the more welcome you feel the more you tend to buy! Thank you ️ (There is a resident cat who would prefer your pooch be calm and polite if coming in!)

Great selection of products at good prices. I was impressed by the selection of dog treats and chews. Big selection of fish and related products. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

They make it so easy for me to care for my fish but are as baffled as I am as to where I can find a replacement filter for my pump. Like me they never seen any like it before. A friend had it and can't remember either. But I can gladly say they have everything else

They are very helpful and friendly and will help you what you need and it does help to have a photo of the animal for the product you need for that animal as my wife and I had to go to river city pets as they were on swanport road before they moved into where people's choice credit union was before they moved into market place Murray bridge.

The staff here are amazing and will go above and beyond to help you. I have never felt like this place over charges all the prices are reasonable and sometimes even cheaper than you'd think! Best pet shop in the state!

Absolutely brilliant staff with knowledge to go all the way. Extremely helpful, polite, and everything needed for all kinds of pets. Always busy and if they don't have what u need in stock they do their best to get it in.

I absolutely loved my experience at this pet store they had great customer support all round and they gave us advice on what we need for our aquarium

Always very friendly staff, I know if I ever have questions about my pets, I can get some trusted advice from some lovely people. And if your life is super busy, they also do delivery! Lucky to have such a caring bunch at the pet shop.
P.s the security guard is the sweetest

For a small town pet store, they have good variety and good supplies of products and pets. Great happy friendly staff with good knowledge on what they sell. Always happy to help. No need to travel, anything they don't have, they are happy to order in.
