Right Path Psychology

I really appreciated Humira's help and guidance over the last few years. She helped me to discover the causes of my issues and find ways to better manage them. It has not always been easy, but I would do it all again:)

At first I thought she was great, was finding sessions very helpful until Humera started acting weird and avoiding my main issues and concerns with my trauma. My last session I was told therapy wasn’t for me and I was given a pamphlet about an issue of mine and sent of my way. I left my session very confused and definitely not wanting to back! She made me feel uncomfortable at times and like I was being judged. Please save your money and look elsewhere.

While Humera wasn't able to help me (through no fault of her own) she was friendly, accommodating and helpful in guiding me to somewhere better suited to my needs

Look elsewhere if you need support with mental health issues, there are plenty of good psychologists in Adelaide, do your research and find someone that actually cares and is not money driven.the response below was only just bought to my attention, just to clarify, I never asked for any such report, and after forwarding all my emails with you to the Psychology Board of Australia, they agreed, but taking phone calls in my appointments and falling asleep certainly didn''t help either

This place have lovely staff and doctors. It was lovely to meet them. Dr Humera was amazing. I recomend this place.

Saw Hermera today I instantly felt comfortable and reassured in her presence and came away feeling a lot more positive. Looking forward to further follow up sessions.

I would recommend this practice to my closest friends and family. Is assisting greatly in my recovery of my mental health condition. Dr Humera is very professional and practical in her approach.

She is easy to talk to but in every one of my sessions so far she has taken a phone call which I do find quite unprofessional and rude, and it can also be quite upsetting when you're halfway through pouring your heart out.

EDIT- I don't think a personal call on your mobile phone counts as urgent, it's just disrespectful. Cancelled my appointment because of this really poor response.

A supportive and professional business with friendly and knowledgeable staff who really listen and offer practical suggestions/solutions. I can't speak more highly of them.

I’ve been using the resources at Right Path Psychology for some time and it has helped me with both my clinical depression and general anxiety disorder. Humera alongside her contemporaries have done a fabulous job of making me feel comfortable, whilst giving me the necessary tools to battle my illness. Would recommend 10/10

At past psychiatrists I’ve always felt like I’ve been treated like a child while here I’ve felt like I’m being treated like an adult and also like a human and not a client. I feel comfortable talking to Humera and have received great advice and help from her.
