Riesling Trail & Clare Valley Cottages

Ample breakfast provisions, beautiful tranquil serenity with so many bird sounds. A few steps away from trail and E bike hire. Bedrooms upstairs. Perfect location.

I've spent two nights with my wife and my in-laws in the Lavander house and we found it beautiful and cosy!

The cottages are cosy, clean & well appointed. The only draw back is the lack of hanging space. In our case we were there for 4 nights so the ability to hang more items would be great. The bed was softer than we are used to but still comfortable.

Amazing stay very clean couldn't be happier with the little snacks and drinks they supplied, I'll be back

We stayed 3 nights in Iris cottage recently
Great location to town and Riesling trail, cottages comfortable with nice area between cottages to socialise, BUT bathrooms and spa definitely have significant mould evident, need to be upgraded. Also somewhere to hang clothes would be handy

Cosy cortages well equipped within walking distance of Clare to enjoy all the Cafes, restaurants And bars.

Great location and accommodation. Disappointed about having log fires and then not being able to use because ours didn't seal properly. Smoked out

A cozy little spot that is right on the trail. Furniture was comfortable and practical. Fireplace was lovely. Included bacon and eggs was appreciated. Great for a little getaway

Lovely cottage in a group. Well appointed, clean, situated in a beautiful peaceful area adjacent the Riesling Trail. Spa was great! Our 3rd time here. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately we experienced a booking error through booking.com.so would highly recommend booking directly with the cottages. We were very much looking forward to our stay, but sadly when we spoke with a staff member asking for help regarding contacting booking.com, and even help on our planned trip (as we had travelled interstate) we found her very frustrated and hostile towards us for a error by booking.com.sadly this has turned us off ever staying at the cottages in the future.

We booked 4 cottages for 2 nights and had a wonderful weekend with family and friends.
It was a really hot day when we arrived, host had Airconditioning on in all units and they were lovely and cool for us.
Great communication.
Offers free late checkout which we really appreciated.
Iris and Lily are more spacious and Lily has a walk-in shower. All 4 cottages were neat, tidy and clean. You can park right next to your cottage - convenient for unpacking and repacking.
Ample breakfast provisions were provided. Plenty of spare pillows, etc, and games and dvds if you need.
Beds are soft but comfy enough.
Nice outdoor area with bbq between Iris and Lily with a small garden area in front. Whilst these cottages are not brand new and trendy they are comfortable, clean and quiet.
We would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was clean, roomy, lots of breakfast provisions. The outside are was great that we could all sit around have a bbq. However the communication this time I felt it wasn't as welcoming as last year. Check out was 10am that's fine we were all packed and ready to leave but I thought it was a bit rough that the cleaner rolled up at 9.56am and came into our room dead on 10am, she was lovely but I've never stayed anywhere that this has happened before. Most places would allow you at least 5mins past your time. Also wasn't that comfortable that the garden was being watered once we returned to our rooms from being out and we were all sitting outside, just felt we were being checked on. I feel maybe the current owners haven't got their heart & soul into anymore. Hopefully they'll get someone to purchase the property because it's a great setting

This is an excellent place to stay. Everything you need in a self-catered hotel room. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay in the Iris cottage. Peaceful and relaxing area right along the riesling trail. Perfect place to stay if you want to hire bikes and ride the trail and visit wineries.
Good breakfast provisions and a good price.
