I found the personality test fun and affirming. There was a lot of information that came through and initially it was overwhelming but the stages of this program really helped the focus come through. John has supported and helped me narrow down my career in to something i know i'm going to love and enjoy! Every session was planned around times that were suited to me. The season were full of so much useful information and i enjoyed every moment of them and had the best chats. John was so friendly and i highly recommend taking his courses!

After being in the same career for 10+ years I was interested in exploring a change. Going through this process on my own usually ended in a merri-go-round of thoughts, a pool of indecision and no real action.

I decided to engage John who helped put structure to this process based on an interests and skills report I completed in the first session. Over a series of Skype meetings and phone calls we had narrowed down a career direction that fit with my interests and values, and an action plan of how to start on this path.

Along the way we also discussed other areas I needed to factor in such as salary differences when starting again and potential transferrable skills.

Our Yr 10 student needed vocational testing and guidance so as to make informed choices about subject choices for yr 11 and 12. John used a Harvard Vocational Personality test, interviews and conversation with our student child and really helped them to feel confident in the subject choices that they have made.
