10Went into ResMed today to get my AirSense 11 machine. The staff were brilliant! Very helpful, friendly and supportive. They went above and beyond to support me and help set up the machine and answer any of my questions and alleviate all my concerns. Highly recommend!
Meardey provide great service, she's friendly, informative and is very thoughtful to accommodate my needs and my husband's need. We definitely recommend this place.
The staff are really lovely and were very understanding when I called to say I was running a little bit late for my appointment. It really put
me at ease.
First month slept well. After that terrible support from staff.
I gradually tightened the strap to stop mask leaking, also released tension on mask but still leaking. I now have a bruise mark on my nose due to over tightening.
Worse, due to a “glitch” in their system, they were deducting payments on a daily basis from my bank account.
This happened twice.
I will have to see about the bruise mark on my nose.
Get cpap gear elsewhere.
My experience with this place was great they talk me through what I had to do and was very helpful they showed me if I had to bring the machine back early where to put it it was wonderful thank you.
Pretty good mob Res sleep, But it was unfortunate that i couldn't get the hang of the testing equipment that was required of me, But would highly recommend res sleep to anyone thankyou guy, s & all the best.
Can't thank Claire enough for her assistance with my dad's resmed sleep apnea machine issues today. She went above and beyond to help me. So grateful for this excellent customer service. THANK YOU.
The excellent care I have received from the staff at ResSleep has changed my life. I had considered having a sleep study several years ago but as I had to stay in hospital overnight at significant expense, I didn't follow it through. Resleep was able to set me up to do a sleep study at home in my own bed and was able to determine the severity of my apnoea problem. They called me when they got the results and got me in quickly. I was equipped with a loan CPAP machine and noticed a dramatic improvement within 48 hours. I no longer fell asleep at the traffic lights and woke up feeling like I had energy to get through my day. The staff helped me to get set up with my own machine and monitored me weekly until I was stabilised. I have continued to improve over the past few months using my CPAP machine and regular reviews with the ResSleep staff have assisted me to tweak my settings to optimise my treatment. I feel really grateful for their help and support as I feel so much better and able to cope with my busy life.

I have been dealing with ResSleep for the last 6 months and have found all the staff here to be friendly and helpful. No question has ever been regarded as too hard to answer and if the information was not at hand was found quite quickly. I am more than happy to continue to deal with this company and staff in the future.
