I purchased 6 spark plugs for Mt v6 in May but traded it in for a V8. The spark plugs won't fit my new car and 3 months later, they reimbursed me and I ordered the 8 I needed. They were helpful when back tracking my original order and with all the info in my bank statement, it was easy to rectify. I put the new plugs in but 1 was cracked from new. They returned it without a drama.

Repcos are definitely not all the same. St Mary’s guys are a pleasure to deal with. I’d gladly drive further north and past another Repco store than to deal with my local. Thanks again for the better service!

This particular store is usually out of stock whenever I need something. Every other Repco store seems to have most things in stock.

Easy parking easy to find

Fast effective efficient service had online problem and the info was transferred to other staff to complete order with the appropriate sale price when I visited a few days later.

Being a Diecast collector, I was rummaging through the little Hotwheels display bin. Guy comes over and asks if i need a hand with anything. I reply, “Actually, yes, would you happen to know if you have any more of these cars out the back”
He states they do, but they cannot bring them out for me until stock on the floor is much lower…
There was prob a handful of cars in the bin….
Why tell me you have more but then don’t let me have them? Lost a fair bit of potential sales there.

Had issue with an order. Not St Mary’s staff fault but they went over & above to get product from Victoria quickly. Communication during process was very good. Thanks for your great service.

The gentlemen that work here have to be categorically the most friendly and helpful people I have ever met. In my decade of customer service I have never been treated nor treated anyone so well.

Had the part i needed when I blew a radiator hose at 4pm on a Saturday. Ordered over the phone and picked up just before 5. Right part, great service.

Repco St Marys in SA is probably okay but do be aware that the Repco website shouldn't be relied upon to find simple parts - like a battery - for your specific vehicle.
