Repco Salisbury

Their web site showed they had what I was looking for instock and yet they tell they hadn't that tool there for at least 10 years, all I can say to that is I won't be going there again.

Nice big Repco with a great selection of stock friendly service good product advice when needed hours could be longer.

Rang for some prices for brakes Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable compared with the Modbury branch

Kay (usually from the Port Adelaide store) was fantastic in helping me get the part I needed. Plus suggesting a better option for something else - cheaper and Aussie made. Super friendly. Even suggested somewhere I could try for a part they don't keep.

No customer service at all, ended up putting my items back on the shelf and leaving, there are many other stores to buy from if you treat customers like an inconvenience rather than the reason you are employed.

I visited this store recently and had a great experience with the customer service. The guy who helped me was excellent. I couldn't get the discount I wanted for the item I needed, but he was kind enough to recommend a similar one that was on sale with the discount included in the final price.

Staff were very helpful and their product knowledge is comprehensive. Overall a good place to source your parts and accessories.

As a domestic buyer it's just another parts store focused on profit. Staff are polite & helpful but my advice for anyone wanting to buy cheap quality products is to 1st research & then purchase online if your not in a hurry & don't mind waiting the extra week you'll save big $$. Learnt from painful experience!

Tried to source a comprehensive hose kit and Repco quoted me $320 and I just couldn't believe it because I had just been quoted the exact same kit 15 mins earlier by Western Filters for $139.this shows the level of respect they have for their customers because when I said I can get it cheaper elsewhere I was told I should just get it from them (the cheaper place). So I went to Western Filters and saved $180

Slow service a lot of the time as they're trying to help out a customer without knowledge of what they really want. Theres good parking on site.

Good automotive store with plenty of parts and accessories, they will also price match with their competitors.

Went here today to pick up a cv boot to replace on my wife's car. Gave them the rego so they could identify which model the car was and I confirmed all the specifics that identified the make and model. I get home and spend an hour and half removing the front cv to replace the boot only to find out that they have supplied a completely wrong boot which is incompatible with my car. So now I've had to reinstall everything because by the time I had removed it repco was 2 minutes from shutting for the day and my wife needs the car in the morning to get to work.
One job is all a parts person has to do, and that is to supply the correct parts. If you can't get that right that makes you completely incompetent at your roll. I will never come back to this store again!

Unfortunately the day I went in there were few staff members and I waited 15 minutes for assistance and I was still no where near getting it. I felt sorry for the guys working there they really needed back up.
