Lily done an amazing job trying to find a relay for my Yamaha motorcycle that Repco didn’t stock, she pointed me in the right direction
to finding one on eBay. Thank you Lily for your dedication and outstanding customer service, it’s rare to find this these days and you should be proud of yourself.

The first time that I went there I stood at the front counter for at least 5 minutes and not one staff member came up to serve me So I left, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned two weeks ago on a Saturday for a grumpy old man telling me that they shut in 10 and I'd better know what I wanted, I'm in customer service myself and I'd never give someone that kind of treatment not once but twice? ! I'll never shop there again!

Hello to Repco/ Spares box I have not received ant satisfactory explanation as to where my ORDER PAID FOR sandblasting cabinet is.
I have spoken to the Repco workshop rep and He is in agreeance that Spares box Advertised a sandblaster for sale NOT a piece of Perspex. I will take this matter as far as I can. I will contact Repco Australia which I believe owns Sparesbox. I will also my Capricorn representative of Repco and will permanently block Our workshop from buying using and dealing with this company. I did not make the mistake in advert, I see you pulled my second order with rubbish about no stock when there was plenty at the time of purchase.

Quoted $26 for a single globe on the phone, once arrived cheapest in stock $65. "20%Off Store Wide Sale" at the time, not applied at counter.

When my partner and I enter the store we were not welcomed at all by the man at the counter, we were blatantly ignored. Adding onto the fact that there was zero communication when we were struggling to find what we came in for no help was offered. Once we found what we wanted without any help from the staff we were left waiting at the counter ready to pay for 5 minutes while we watched around 5 people sitting around chatting but when I managed to get the attention of one man who told me “I’m on a phone call”. If you want to feel fully isolated and ignored come here otherwise I’d suggest Supercheap auto.

Walked in, no staff approach which was fine as I knew what I was after. Stood at the checkout after staff who had seen me kept joking with their coworkers. Left the product on the checkout as why pay people who don't care. Never going back.

Really like coming here for Auto parts Staff were great and helpful. They were out of stock for the car jack I wanted but am always have great prices for things here. Great location, 5 stars

Very helpful staff, I asked them for a number of items for a vehicle and they had 90% in stock. The only thing to look out for is to make sure you understand the product that you are buying, some of the components they offer are not as good as OEM, for exame: When I asked if they could supply new coilpacks for my vehicle I was told yes they could. I ordered them and was supplied "Fuelmeiser" coilpacks, not OEM. Fuelmeiser coilpacks are not rated well in reviews, I should have checked to ensure OEM was being supplied.

Seems to lack stock as been there 3times but don't have what I need. Example, 14 mil. Deep socket, 1/2 drive. Out of stock. Went to auto barn. Oh well,

9: 25 - 12th June. 3 staff on. As i walked in staff member walked past me with no greet upon entry, no greet from other staff standing at counter.no offer of assistance given, had to interupt conversation between staff to ask where something was.

Staff were friendly and polite. I am deaf and was served professionally and with courtesy. Much appreciated. Just a tip for Repco management, some basic Auslan training would go a long way towards endearing the Deaf community.
