I checked the other reviews here and found it surprising, as my experience of so called customer service was slow and arrogant. The polar opposite to the Mt Gambier repco store.
I have never been to this place, but one of the employees Chris Beggs helped me with my troubles all the way from South Australia, even though I was in Victoria. Geniune, honest advice, and super helpful, even when my local store couldn't sort it out! For those living in South Australia, come down and ask for Chris!

Was in need of new wipers for my car. I was looking for the cheapest option. I was greeted by a friendly young bloke who said it wouldn't be cheap but asked if I could hold out for a few days, Repco will have 2 wipers for $40 which would have been cheaper than purchasing 1 now.
Too bad I'm from Melbourne but if I lived in Narracoote, I would have come here for all my auto needs in the future.
